I've tried this product and compared to other brands and generic brands. Those brands are better then this product. I've expirenced anger agitation and mood swings on these gummies , I've tried 3 different times to see if it would go away and nope still had bad emotion!!! Avoid!

I bought these for my husband and he absolutely hated them!! The smell was horrid but he still tried anyways and said it was worse! They are affordable but in his case was a waste because we will be throwing them away.

These Alive gummies have a good mix of both. I can definitely tell they're effective and they taste decent. It's a bit vitamin-ny (if that's a word), but it quickly goes away and the strength of the vitamins more than makes up for it. I recommend these, for sure.

You take 2 a day and each gummy is filled with these B vitamins: Thiamin -B1 Riboflavin - B2 Niacin - B3 Pantothenic Acid - B5 Biotin - B7 Folate/Folic Acid - B9 and Cyanocobalamin -B12. *The only B not listed is Pyridoxine - B6. I can't say that this product can replace your current multivitamins, you'll have to compare the labels and consult your physician on that. My current multivitamin has additional vitamins, etc that this product does not.
2 per day keeps the Dr. at bay!

I have notice in the few short weeks taking these gummies I seem to feel more energetic. I love all the fruit and veggies because life is really bust and I’m not able to eat that great everyday, give me the chance to get what I need.
