Natures way is a brand that I have grown to trust over the years due to the high quality at a price you can actually afford. He says he feels better and has more energy. If you do not like to get all your healthy vitamins through diet this is a good way to replace what you may be missing. They are pretty tasteless and the ingredients are wonderful.

All 4 days he was dealing with upset stomach and gas issues. He tried with and without food, first thing in the morning and right before bed. We won't be buying.
