I noticed feeling more consistent in terms of my energy level throughout the day. If I could change anything I would say that the taste was not my favorite, it was vitamin forward. Although it's sugar-free, it doesn't have that "empty" taste that sugar-free products often have; the peach flavor is a bonus. 10/10.

Like to the point that I almost threw up the first time I tried them, and the second time I just had to spit them out. The residue smell and taste they've left on my pill organizer is noticeable even a few days after trying them. I don't want to talk to the point of whether or not they will be effective in terms of supplementing anything because I legitimately can't even grasp the thought of trying to eat these again, thus why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. If you're a picky eater like me I 100% do NOT recommend these and otherwise I'd get the smallest bottle possible to see if you can stomach the taste.
