They are sugar free using monk fruit and stevia which is a much better ingredient for you than synthetic sugars. They taste pretty good they do have that stevia taste but I don’t mind.

The strawberry flavor of the vitamin is really nice and not too sour, which I appreciate. It has all of the normal vitamins that I would usually have in other multivitamins, plus a fruit and vegetable powder blend. They also do not get stuck in my teeth which is great!
