I noticed a difference after about a week of taking them. I had more energy throughout the day, and at night, I was sleeping better. My skin and hair also looked and felt better. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because I prefer gummy vitamins because they’re easier for our kidneys to metabolize. The hard tablets like this can be a bit harder on the kidneys. I love taking a multivitamin because I feel like our modern diet especially in the US can lack some necessary nutrients. I have made it a routine to take vitamins since Influenster sent me these and I’m so happy! I am going to continue to buy vitamins, and although these vitamins are great I don’t think I’d personally buy them for myself again in the future since I prefer the gummies.

I knocked off a star because of two reasons (each half star off): first, it made my urine a diff color and freaked me out. Had to google to see it was bc of too much vitamin B. Second, these multivitamins are bulky! Glad it’s just one/day. I’ll probably reduce to every other day or couple times a week to not increase vitamin B too much. Overall, will keep using!

I feel healthier overall after taking these daily for a few weeks now. I like that you only have to take one a day. The only thing I do not like about it is that the tablets are a bit big and thus somewhat hard to swallow. Over all though I am happy with the product and with the results.

Women’s Ultra Multivitamins claims to be a high potency complete multivitamin that promotes energy metabolism & muscle function, and I’d say it’s doing what it says it does. For years I have had a very poor metabolism due to a medication I took in my twenties. My body seems to hold onto every piece of food I give it. I don’t notice that so much with these vitamins! In fact I’m blown away by the increase in my metabolism, I can eat without feeling like I’m gaining weight again. I feel less bloated. I love that. I also feel healthier overall. I love the ingredients, there’s a Mushroom Mycelial & Primordia Biomass Defense Blend with reiki, shiitake, chaga, etc etc etc… I’ve been looking into mushroom supplements. I really want one with Lion’s Mane for focus but these are all good ingredients with benefits for the brain and digestion etc. There’s a Hair, Skin & Nails Blend too which also stuck out to me but it’s Horsetail (stem, leaf), MSM, and Grape (seed) Extract, and I would really love to see ingredients like hyaluronic acid. It has an Orchard Fruits & Garden Veggies Powder Blend - 60 mg fruit & veggie powder. It has a Cardio Blend, Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex, CranRx Cranberry (fruit) Concentrate (helps with UTIs), Daily Greens Blend, Flax Lignan/Fiber Blend (flax is good for mood), Inositol, Digestive Enzyme Blend, Rutin, and Lutein (good for eyes). Plus it’s a multivitamin, it has all the vitamins and minerals your heart can desire. All in one easy to swallow, flavorless and odorless (not so little) tablet. And there are 60 tablets in a bottle, so one bottle is a 2-month supply, which is more than fair. The container is dark to protect contents and easy to open. They are not vegetarian, they do have gelatin. These are a good value with sixty one-a-day vitamins. I do notice a difference on days when I don’t take these, they do work, I love what they’re doing for my metabolism. I have better more balanced mood and I feel more energetic. Alive! vitamins and supplements are supposed to be very good, and these don’t disappoint but you need to take them long term to really reap the benefits. One bottle will boost your energy and health though. It says on the bottle “not for men or children”.

I felt like it made me more hungry, I retained some water weight while using. I didn't seem to have any benefits from taking. I will not continue to use.

Great all in one for women, you can get these for men too and Im sure kids. I felt a difference within a week or two of starting this. I was taking three different vitamins before this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great all in one type vitamin for me. It’s larger pill but smooth - it’s been easy for me to swallow. With that said, if you see your urine turn BRIGHT YELLOW, that’s just any extra b12 your body can’t process from the pill.

My downside is they taste awful and lingered when I had any kind of reflux. They also felt like the pill gripped my throat on the way down. It has a slight texture to it. I would really like these if the pill was a gelcap or coated because it has very good quality and vitamin percentages. Be aware this DOES have Vitamin K so my blood thinner peeps need to avoid.

Smell was a little too much like my prenatal pills i used to take and it was bad in smell and taste but its really has alot of benefits for the body and hair, skin and nails. It was a big bottle with 60 tables. I think i prefer gummies but its a good way to get your vitamins in just one pill
