I bought these on my PA's recommendation and have only been taking them for 2 weeks so have not noticed any difference. I am patient and will wait for my next scan in December. The only problem is getting the pill swallowed quickly as it starts to dissolve in my mouth. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I usually use Calcium 1200 mg daily, but with this 600 mg I will use (2) per day.
I only take Nature Made vitamins!

Tablets are undigestable. They looked the same in the toilet as they did when I consumed it by mouth.
