Didn’t work for me at all. I like to rotate which brands of melatonin I take to avoid habituation. I usually take 2mg and this 2.5mg gummy had zero effect.

It's chewable and has a great strawberry flavor. I have a problem swallowing pills and this works for me. I like that it's free of artificial sweeteners and there's no high fructose corn syrup added to it. I take it it 1 hour before bedtime and it will help you fall asleep in no time. It also gives me a restfull sleep with no interuption. I am so well rested that gives me more energy to work. This will be my go to melatonin from now on.

Some brands I've tried simply don't work and they taste awful, but these have a really pleasant strawberry taste and they're nice and soft. I have been able to get a full night's rest since using these. Nature Made has yet to let me down. They're definitely a trusted brand for me.

I bought a bottle last June that we never opened because our needs changed. It would be nice if I knew if we could take them now but the label has a spot that says expiration date and lot but nothing printed there. Guess I will toss them and buy more—of another brand.

I wish they just used natural fruit sugars or natural sugars. I do notice I am able to fall asleep a little quicker, but not stay asleep as long. Overall, they do an okay job.

I take one and about a half hr to an hour I'm an starting to feel tired. I love that these just help you to fall asleep but doesn't knock you completely out like some other sleep aids. And you don't feel groggy the next day. They are 100% drug free so it's just the melatonin. This package comes with 70 gummies so it will last a few months and the gummies are soft and taste good.
