This brand of natural melatonin is the best I’ve ever tried. It works way better than any melatonin gummy’s I have ever tried in my life. Stronger, no grams of sugar, works faster, gives me better quality of sleep and I will be resorting to this melatonin for a long time.

I bought this while traveling to the USA to fight jet lag, but it does not work really well on me : fall asleep 3 or 4 hours after taking it and sleep only a few hours, then wake up with weird nightmares. Is it possible to get the ingredient list, I suspect that I might be réacting to some of the components…

When I ran out of my supply of Nature Made Melatonin, I purchased a store brand with the same dose. The difference was very disappointing. I discarded the tablets and returned to Nature Made. I trust Nature Made to provide safe products.

Doesn't kick in quickly. Doesn't keep me asleep more then 3 hours. I like the chewable ones better. My husband got nightmares with this one. The other kind is 10mg but we always cut them in half.

These tablets are fairly easy to take and swallow with a relatively small size compared to many others. I'd recommend trying if you're and adult and need some help sleeping.

I really like these vs the gummies. It takes about 45mim-1hr to kick in. No matter how much I fight to stay awake these knock me out.

Absolute garbage. I haven't slept well in over a week because this product is bogus. As soon as I tried a different brand I went right to sleep. I'm pretty sure there is no melatonin in this product.

I've been using Nature Made Melatonin 3mg tablets for years and it has always been very effective. I never feel drowsy yet, somehow, I always fall asleep within 5 or 6 minutes of lying down. Nature Made, in general, makes an excellent product.

I had tried other melatonin that help me go to sleep (I have insomnia) and it doesn’t work what I expected. I’m taking this product for the first time and I can tell it’s kicking in for at least half an hour before I go to sleep.
