I appreciate that they didn't taste overly sweet and seem to have pretty good ingredients. I did have to go from 2 gummies to 1, but that's not a big deal. It just means I get to enjoy them longer. I enjoy gummies and will continue to use these.
Would add to my vitamin routine.

I really like that it’s both a prebiotic and probiotic in one. Works just as well as the ones we were taking before, but way more affordable. Definitely recommend!

The bottle neck is just standard design so i think the company should improve the bottle design where customer find it easy to take a gummy out. Overall, the taste is ok, it didnt leave the sweetness after i swallow it. I cant tell different in my digestion system after taking the gummy, but I think it will support my digestive system better.

They are also so hard to get out of the container. They are all stuck together. If that's how they are, then maybe they need to have a bigger opening so we can reach in better. The taste to me was just okay. It did leave a little after taste in my mouth.

I really can’t speak to the effectiveness because I can’t tell a huge difference in my stomach but I can say that these gummies are easy to take, decent taste, and didn’t upset my stomach at all. I feel my gut health is pretty much the same as it was before I started using these. I will say the gummy's didn't taste bad. Didn't leave any kind of funny aftertaste or anything like that would I purchase it again? I'm not sure, it says that you have to take two a day and you only get 30 in the bottle so depending on cost that would be whether I'd purchase it again. For me, I don't feel like it did anything, but somebody else could have a better experience with it.

I think it should say start with one and can take two if needed. It made me nauseous and my partner gassy but we eat a pretty well rounded, fiber rich diet so we didn't really need the extra fiber to address any concerns. So, I guess if you're taking these because you have an issue I would guess they'd work well. As just a daily supplement, I think they're a little too potent.

I had to learn what the difference between prebiotic and probiotic is and I'm glad that I learned and I'm glad to see the benefits in regards to Gut health!
