I like that there's another gluten free option for flour on the market and it's organic too. I don't like that you have to buy all the other ingredients if you want to bake something versus the 1:1 baking flours out there. It's great for fried chicken and from scratch baking, but not so much for regular everday baking.
Hooray!

#sweepstakes Finally, an organic (yay, no glyphosphate!), gluten-free flour blend that doesn't have a bad aftertaste. I'm still learning how to use it, but my family and I have really enjoyed the pancakes and cookies I make with this flour.

Really good for all baking and cooking needs. Don't have to think twice about it being gluten free and hence being different as compared to regular flour. Its just as good and doesn't irritate your digestive system.

I got this product for free in exchange for writing an honest review. I have been without eating bagels or wheat products for several years, eating a celiac and lactose/sugar free diet. So I decided to bake my own products at home, and I'm so glad with this mixture that makes things easier, just add xanthan gum and that's it. I would definitely buy it, and recommend it to my friends and followers!

Coming from a gluten-sensitive household, IFYKYK we often struggle to find gluten-free baking products that meet dietary needs without compromising on taste/ texture. During our blind taste test from our non Gluten Free FamBam members they were NEARLY indistinguishable. But there were no complaints about taste or texture from anyone which is a win for me! Pros: ⭐️ Resealable bag! As long as your littles don't open below the seal ⭐️ Smooth texture - passed the granular test ⭐️ No weird Gluten Free smell ⭐️The flour blends seamlessly with a consistent texture Cons: 🔘 Price point- while yes organic and gluten free have traditionally cost more, why can't all flour be priced equally? ⚡️ (not a big deal but this would be game changing for so many families)⚡️ 🔘 Accessibility: For those with accessibility concerns- the seal is definitely harder to close than certain products with easy kid friendly reseal tabs. While again this isn't a deal breaker- as we move to being a more accessible world for ALL it would be a huge step in the right direction for everyone 🚀 🔘 Eco-Friendly packaging would be wonderful 🚀 ✨Overall this is a wonderful alternative for those who are Gluten Free or Gluten sensitive. Plus it's not a terrible alternative if you happen to have a family with mixed dietary needs as there are zero unnecessary added sugars. Bonus Points for it being "Little-Kid" friendly! ✨I was 12/10 surprised at how wonderfully close this product is to the OG Gluten Flour✨

I received this product for free from BzzAgent in exchange of an honest review. I nor surprisingly any of those close to me who eat my baked goods have celiac or gluten sensitivity, but nonetheless I was excited to try out this flour. Online recipes of gluten free flours often give ratios to standard wheat flour but this stood well in terms of 1:1 replacement. The smell is a little different before baking but there isn't much taste difference. Really great substitute. My surprise and problem was that without gluten, the end product was too crumbly and I understand why the back of the bag gives suggestion on xanthan gum. However, as I can "fix" that by using a wheat flour, my thing is finding a recipe that will do well with crumbly texture. I made a pound cake but I'm thinking of a shortbread cookies now. For what it is - a gluten free flour - it works very well and I was happy with the result, especially how easily it replaces wheat flour. For the perfect replacement, I do believe xanthan gum is needed.
I like it!

I was surprised that I liked it as much as I did. I made quite a few things with it and they all turned out great. My family didn't even notice that I made any change in ingredients. I will definitely be using this from now on.

First gluten free flour and I can't believe how versatile and well it worked in my baked goods. I made my signature banana bread while adjusting some ingredients due to tips I read online when using gluten free flour, and I can't believe how good the cake came out. It is a bit expensive, but the quality is worth it.

I made the Who are you? Where are you? Why are you calling stinker huh smacking face stoneyfield farms yogurt waffle recipe with the flour and it was not only the best gluten free waffles I've had but the best waffles I've ever had. I did add the Xanthan gum like the bag states for baked goods and it worked out wonderfully.

This only gets 4 stars because it doesnt include Xanthan gum like the Bob's Red Mi, which is a pretty crucial part of any gluten free baking. That said, it works great once the gum is added.

This Gluten Free All Purpose flour was really good. It wasn't grainy or clumpy and it was easy to mix. The taste was also very good with no after taste. I liked the packaging it came in because I can easily store it.
Gluten Free Pizza Crust

This was my first time trying a gluten free flour. I was not sure what I was expecting. I made our normal pizza dough recipe and the dough did rise some, but not as much as it typically does with an all-purpose flour. Nonetheless I formed two pizza crusts and put them in the oven to bake prior to putting on toppings. It smelled amazing, but the crust still did not rise. After baking completely my family and I tried it. It was edible but nothing to write home about. The flavor was definitely different than what we are used to. I will try the flour again in other baked goods and see how they turn out.
Perfect for baking!

I made some pancakes. Recipes may need adjustments. However, the taste was delicious. The taste is similar to all-purpose flour. A think it is a good substitute for recipes that ask for it.

I used the gluten free all purpose flour to make gluten free biscuits. They were so yummy and I could barely tell that I was eating a gluten free product! I will definitely use this in future recipes.
