[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot claim that these intend to treat, diagnose, prevent or cure ailments or diseases. I think these work fairly well in helping provide a calmer mood and also help to stay asleep. I have also noticed they've been helping with bowel movements as well. I am taking these with other supplements so I can not truly testify to the effects if i were taking alone. However, I do believe they are effecfive. .What I do not like is the very large size of the pills. They are easy enough to swallow but just so large but slick so they do not get stuck on the way down my throat. . They have really no taste. My husband is also experiencing benefits from taking these. Neither of us have had any side effects. I recommend these.

I like the packaging (the pop open top) & the supplement itself. However, these pills are HUGE which has me second guessing whether I would want to purchase this exact product in the future or not. If you have a hard time swallowing large pills, I wouldn’t recommend this supplement.

However, there are several additives that I’m not a fan of. I prefer a tablet with less additives.

The pills are very large, I do wish they were a little smaller as they’re a little tough to get down, but do not have any after taste or indigestion that other supplements can cause.

I like to take them at nighttime and in the morning it will help you go to the bathroom. It’s recommended to take two according to the directions on the back of the bottle. The pills are large! I’d prefer a smaller pill, but overall these are great at what it does.

I mean I haven't felt like wow I could fly to the moon or anything but I will keep taking them. But other than that the only complaint I have is that they huge pills to take but they go down smoothly.

After trying them out I must admit I wasn’t expecting them to be as big as they are so it was a little hard for me to pass them however once I did it everything else was just fine. These are high absorbing quick release soft gels which I think is great in any supplement. Will definitely keep taking them.

Not sure if my magnesium levels were already high but one thing about these pills is that they are MASSIVE. With these being as big as they are it’s only 60% of your daily value, that’s insane to me. I would opt for something different.
