I took a star off, because of the oil like texture on all of the capsules. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose or not, but it makes it a little harder to easily take at work. The taste for me was not an issue, as they were easy to swallow capsules. I feel the value for the money was not bad and will continue to use.

They are softgels so one of the gels did open up in mine so the remaining were coated but I can still take mine with no issues!

It does give you a healthy dose quick at 250 mg per 2 quick release softens. They do have an “oily” feel to them when getting them out of bottle but there is no taste to them.

I think these work fairly well in helping provide a calmer mood and also help to stay asleep. I have also noticed they've been helping with bowel movements as well. I am taking these with other supplements so I can not truly testify to the effects if i were taking alone. However, I do believe they are effecfive. .What I do not like is the very large size of the pills. They are easy enough to swallow but just so large but slick so they do not get stuck on the way down my throat. . They have really no taste. My husband is also experiencing benefits from taking these. Neither of us have had any side effects. I recommend these.

I like the packaging (the pop open top) & the supplement itself. However, these pills are HUGE which has me second guessing whether I would want to purchase this exact product in the future or not. If you have a hard time swallowing large pills, I wouldn’t recommend this supplement.

However, there are several additives that I’m not a fan of. I prefer a tablet with less additives.
