I purchased these prebiotics/ probiotics a few weeks ago because my stomach was always bloated and I was prone to yeast infections, however since I’ve been taking these I’ve noticed a difference in my stomach. There are 10 probiotic strands that help provide you with good bacteria. I use this daily once a day and I can tell the difference in my gut health. My usual day is taking antibiotics since I take those every day. The antibiotics take away my good bacteria so I use the probiotic to help support my gut and keep my gut health. The pills are slightly more significantly larger than I thought they are but I didn't really have any problem with swallowing the pills. I only take one a day during the morning. I did notice at first I did get gas but afterward, it would stop.

It's not small but not too large, just larger than a headache pill and I dislike the pill size. However, I do like the digestive and immune help the pill provides for a balanced digestive system. And thankful it's only 1 pull to take daily. I do recommend to take with food to help your tummy not feel weird after taking (it was more comfortable feeling on the tummy with food than without when taking for the day.) Bonus it doesn't need to be refrigerated for a probiotic. All around good product and does what it should do, just wish it was a smaller size pill.
