I always keep a couple of cans of Carnation Evaporated Milk in my pantry for emergency milk supply. I also love using it when making homemade chocolate pudding or when making cook and serve packaged chocolate pudding. It seems to make them creamier.

I use Evaporated Milk for any recipe that calls for milk. It keeps well on the pantry shelf, so I always have some handy. Great for creamy soups and gravy. Works well in mashed potatoes and just about anything calling for milk or cream.
