This product is absolutely horrible, never buy this. My skin broke out and got cystic acne, I haven’t been using anything else new. The packaging is completely lying, claiming to be “breakout free”. The scent is decent, nothing different from your usual sunscreen and is not pleasant. It does not absorb into my skin and makes me look oily, clogging my pores, which contradicts the “oil free” part. Also, when I apply the sunscreen it is very white, as a pale person.

I really wanted this to work but it stings my eyes. My face is oily and sometimes the sunscreen would get into my eyes at the end of the day. Although it rubs in clear, it would separate at the end of the day and show white marks. I did love the texture, no offensive smell, and it moisturized enough. However any sunscreen that burns my eyes is immediately a no.

I use this sunscreen on my face daily, not just when I know I'm going to be getting lots of sun exposure. It doesn't feel heavy or uncomfortable in anyway on the skin, especially if you're not using much. No whitecast (I have medium-toned skin) and hasn't caused any irritation or acne. The tube lasts forever! Even using it every day I only have to repurchase every 6 months at the soonest. You could probably find cheaper options with the same quality but that's negligible when it lasts so long.

Everything is fine with it, but it leaves a white cast 🙄 (I’m brownskin, by the way). I’ll just use it when I’m staying inside for the day, but other than the white cast, it doesn’t make my eyes sting, it isn’t heavy, price is good, etc.

This is a great sunscreen for all skin types. I live at a high elevation where sunscreen is necessary everyday. It absorbs quickly and leaves no oily feeling, white cast, or weird smell.

The best of the best when it comes to practical every day wear sun screen. The protect has no scent and the ingredients are acne safe. Love that the packaging is easy to apply and take with me on the go!

if u rub it in too much, it pills, if u don't rub it in enough, it pills, if u rub it in just right, wait 15 min, then rub, it pills. i felt like i had a greasy but dry film where ever i put it, and on my nose my glasses would NOT stay up when i wore this and would constantly slide down my nose as if i was wearing reading glasses. im a busy person and don't want to have to use one of my hands to literally hold my glasses in place

I like that it blends easily into my skin with no white cast, but I matter how careful I am to steer clear of my eyes when applying, I end up with terribly watery and burning eyes. It could be hours later and more of it will migrate over into my eyes and the tearing up starts up again. I’ll use up the rest of the bottle, but I’ll probably look for another sunscreen in hopes of avoiding the burning eyes again.

The Nutreogena Clear Face Sunscreen definitely did it's job. It's not to cakey or greasy feeling after it's applied. It rubbed into the skin well and didn't leave that white ghostly residue. This lasted a while. With swimming I did have to reapply it more frequently. It's a nice consistency. The size of the bottle is perfect to throw in your bag for on the go. I loved that it was oil free. I had no issues with breakouts after using this multiple times.

This is my new favorite sunscreen. Previously I was using the “Black Girl Sunscreen” brand. I recently decided to switch because this was cheaper and just more accessible. I haven’t regretted it though, as my face is left glowy yet protected and no white caste! Definitely a must try.

I had high hopes for this sunscreen based on the description but considering there’s no mineral zinc in this formula, it leaves a white cast. It’s thick, not lightweight and smells awful. The smell is like burnt plastic or cardboard and while it goes away eventually, it’s not pleasant to use. And ironically given the name clear skin, it causes bumps. Won’t purchase again.

I wanted to like this sunscreen but no matter what I did it would end up burning my eyes. I have a medium skin tone and it blended out well and doesn’t leave a white cast. It also isn’t “greasy” at all. I think I may be allergic to an ingredient, this one just wasn’t for me but it could be for you.

Made me break out pretty bad on my face, neck, and chest. The sudden acne cleared when i stopped using the product. Neutrogena products had always made me break out when I was a teen, I hoped that after a decade it would no longer be the case. It's a shame I have to toss it. It protected my skin from sun damage and gave me a nice glowy look at least.

I'm on clindamycin lotion for acne, and I am prone to perioal dermatitis . Usually, sunscreen makes me break out or have an allergic reaction. I did a patch test on the forehead and had no side effects. So I put it on my whole face and was at the beach and had no breakouts or flares or reactions. I say this is the only sunscreen that works for sensitive/compromised skin. Definitely try it out. Worth it in my opinion
