Q: Does this come with a seal on it?

A: No - I would buy it if it did. The only actually-sealed Neutrogena makeup removing product is the individually-wrapped wipes. It's ridiculous they don't use tamperproof seals on all products meant to contact the eye and mouth.

Gets even my hard to remove mascara off my eyelashes. It is oily so I usually wash my face afterwards. I would recommend though because it does do the job!

I ordered this but I won't be trying it. I do not understand why some companies are not adding safety seals to their products. I don't feel safe using it, so it's a flop for me. Super disappointed because I hate wasting things. I can't recommend that anyone use this product, even if it is a good formula. Sucks.

I have used it for years. but recently i decided to stop buying, since there is *no safety seal*. i used to be okay with this for some reason. the last bottle i bought smelled like cinnamon. my eyes are swollen and i had to get a steroid cream. it could be my mascara, or this remover. i don't know. neutrogena - why do you sell this bottle completely witout a safety seal?? it makes no sense.

Have been using this makeup remover for years, and still is my favorite. It removes waterproof mascara really well which I love, and a little goes a long way. The only downside is that it is a bit oily so definitely helps to use a face wash or other cleanser with it as well unless you don’t mind.

The scent is very faint it’s not too fragrances. It definitely cleaned the makeup off my face with little to no effort. The packaging is also a plus because it’s easy to put a cotton pad on the opening to get a little amount. It was pretty cheap in my opinion and i would recommend it, and definitely plan on getting more.
