I have tried many brands and they just did not work, I gave this a try and I can tell a big difference, it really helps since my body needs magnesium, and it helps a lot with aches and constipation, it absorbs easy to which I like . Love the product and the price is just right!

These are vegetable capsules and they are easy to swallow and do not give me an upset stomach. I get more restful sleep when I take these, which is much needed. I also need the muscle and bone health support as I age and work in a physically demanding job.

I got these to see if they would help with my fibromyalgia pain… I know magnesium is supposed to be good for better sleep. Better sleep/rest usually helps with my pain levels. The product arrived right before I had to go out of town and I forgot to pack them so I’ve only been taking them for a few days. I started taking one a day with dinner and now I am taking one with breakfast as well. They have been easy on my stomach which is a big deal as I usually have a lot of trouble with new medications. I haven’t noticed a huge difference in my pain but we’ve had some crazy weather too so that might be why I’m not noticing any changes as weather can increase my pain levels. I will continue to take them as I have been sleeping a little better lately so hopefully that’s an indication that they are beginning to work.

Well, I can't say I notice a difference at all with taking this for a week; its really hard to tell. But I have been doing it! I usually take Magnesium Glycinate and this is Bisglycinate. I don't actually know if there is a difference or not but I'm going to keep using it and I hope that it is as effective. Though in truth, you can't always see the cognitive benefits immediately. So it is difficult to review this product with leaving any review of its effectiveness. Fingers crossed it will keep helping me with long term benefits!

I love taking these vitamins they are easy to sallow and don't leave a funny aftertaste. These vitamins also don't upset your stomach like other vitamins do. I enjoy taking these every day. I would 100 precent recommend these to friends and family.

Good formulated supplement. Vegetable capsules so completely vegetarian and easy on the tummy. They are pretty large capsules but not hard to take. The capsules have no scent which makes it easy to take as well.
I needed these pills in my life, my sleep is much better my brain is not in constant speed mode. I’m way more relaxed, calm. The pills have no nasty after taste. They are big but super easy to swallow

Best choice ever. I’m sure in my early 40’s and sleep has been a battle for me lately. I started taking these Magnesium Bisglycinate pills and when I tell you I sleep, I mean it! I was always waking up in the middle of the night. Having trouble getting any sleep and these pills, seem to calm my mind. My mood is now changed to a more relaxed me.

I had been wanting to try this for anxiety, muscle pain, and insomnia so this came at the prefect time. I started it the day i got it and followed the directions. About a week after starting i noticed that I was not hurting as much at night. This also allowed me to sleep better. My anxiety is also not as bad. I have continued taking them and have seen a real improvement.

This is a decent supplement though I would likely choose a different approach next time vs. a single mineral. I appreciate the quality of the ingredients and gentleness on the body when taking. The pills are quite large though and the cap is not childproof which could be a concern for some.

I really like this magnesium supplement. The capsules are an easy size to swallow. Although for some people the fact they are capsules could be problematic. I haven't been taking it long but I already notice a difference with my legs at night.

The Magnesium Bisglycinate supplements by New Roots come in a 150mg convenient vegetable capsule. I appreciate the ingredients that are naturally derived. Normally, I have difficult taking large capsules; this was not to bad. Dosing is 1 capsule twice a day, I take this supplement with my meals; I have had no digestive problems as a result of taking this. I would purchase these again, only because they are naturally sourced.

As my partner is longterm sufferer of restless leg syndrome and insomnia, I’m constantly on the lookout for things to help…because I suffer too! In addition to the RX and advice from the sleep doctor, we add magnesium to the nighttime routine. It’s also supposed to help anxiety, which is often a trigger to RLS and insomnia. This doesn’t upset tummies which is a big win. Is it helping the rest? Maybe. More time will tell. It isn’t hurting. My only qualm is I can’t swallow these pills myself. They’re big.

These has been working well for me for the past couple of weeks. I have the occasional joint pains that we all get when we’re getting older and I find these helps. I have incorporated these in my daily vitamins intake. They’re easy to digest and not too big. This pack comes in 120 so it’ll last me awhile.

Started taking these when they got here. It has been almost 2 weeks. I am finding that I am not as sore after long workouts or weights. I usually wake up three or more times a night but lately it has only been once or twice. I know it usually takes a month or more for results but as things are going now, I am happy.
