Customer service was great just wish they would of replaced my cooler 4 months and it stopped working and it was pricey hopefully the part will fix the issue regards when it works cooler does get drinks really cold

This refrigerator is attractive and we had it in the basement behind the bar so it was very visible. It holds a lot of cans so you never run out of cold drinks. We were very pleased with this purchase.

I like that this fit under the counter in our bar area without a large gap. I prefer drinks really cold so I keep it on the highest setting. Customer service at new air was very helpful when I called them with a question.

The glass front door and sleek look is what caught my eye. It fits perfectly in our house and runs quietly. You have to be mindful of how much you put in it and had some temp issues.

This beverage cooler is excellent in terms of size, cooling, and aesthetics. It fits in the corner of my entertaining room and we enjoy cooled soda, water, and beer while we play board games. There was a technical issue, which is why it is 4 stars and not 5.

I bought this fridge about 10 months ago and it's been a great fridge for our new theater room. We're able to fit a ton of drinks in there which allows everyone to get what they want. I had a small issue with cooling about 10 months in but their customer support has been great and so responsive that it hasn't been an issue at all. Thanks NewAir!

Purchased the 1200x in April 2021. It's worked very well and looks great. The configuration options are great for different sized drinks. When I faced an issue on a part it was easy to get the replacement part provided directly from NewAir

I've had this about fridge about a year now. My kids have always complained it was loud, but I never noticed it because it was in the basement where my kids hang out. I recently noticed just how loud it was when we tried to watch a movie. I had to unplug it because we literally could not hear some of the movie! Every time is turns on, it sounds like a warped wheel grinding on something - extremely annoying. Other than the noise, my beverages are all nice and cold.
