In our baby’s nursery it was getting pretty hot in the summer. The baby’s room is the only room without a built in a/c, so I decided to try it out. This was compact, pretty easy to use and noisy, but not much noisier than any other portable a/c that I’ve had. Overall satisfied

I’ve only had this item for a couple weeks but so far, it’s been incredible. Cools my entire downstairs in less than 20 minutes and I love how compact it is compared to my other portable ac unit. It’s easy to use and convenient to move when we need to.

The unit was able to keep me cool when it blew directly on me. Unpexteed Issues: First, the item could not fit into one of my smaller windows. Second, there is a lot of open space in the window once it is installed--the instruction manual says to cover this with duct tape--but i purchased the portable unit because I wanted to easily move the unit from one window to another. Third, the space where the air comes out, it looks quite big in the picture; however in reality, half of this space no air comes out of at all (there is a barrier)--so the air only comes out of about 1/2 of the shown vent.
