Ive only used the product a few times. I dont use it every night but when I have a heavy meal I take this and I feel great in the morning. For someone who battles not feeling well when I dont eat a clean diet, its nice to know that when I dont I wont have to pay for it the next day. I am definitely not losing as much weight as I wanted reading all the reviews, but Maybe I should start taking daily to see what happens.

I was worried this product might not work but I noticed some changes.. Although I had a slight headache in the beginning, I still noticed reduced brain fog and thought processing lagging. I will def continue to use!

I noticed an increase in restful sleep. Taken near bedtime, I began to feel drowsy quickly. I cannot comment on fat loss capabilities yet, but I have not increased my waist size while gaining a bit of muscular weight.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! I've been taking this supplement for about 2 weeks now. I can't tell yet how good the fat burner portion is working but, I've been sleeping like a rock! I'm a very light sleeper and toss and turn all night long. Since I've been taking this supplement my sleep has improved tremendously and I feel so much better. Finally, I feel rested in the mornings! I had low expectations of this working but took a chance since the ingredients are natural and the price is good.Finally I found something that has me falling asleep better, and sleeping through the night!As for the weight loss I do think it helps. Ive noticed I have lost a few pounds! Its hard to say for sure if its because of these supplements. Ive been taking them before bed for a week or so. I will update on here again after the bottle is gone.

I sleep okay when I take these, but don't feel particularly rested when I wake up. They definitely don't work for my night time sugar cravings, which is why I got them. That being said, I tend to work late and eat dinner around 8-9pm and go to sleep around midnight, so perhaps that had something to do with it.
