Do not buy anything from this company. Look up Ninja Blender Food Processor Crack and you will see thousands of others with the same issue. This blender broke in a year and they are very quick to explain how the specific part that broke is not covered in the waranty. Customer Service claims it is not an issue and tried to charge you $100s for a replacement.

I have had for a week and it is great on smoothies. I did try the other selections on my smoothie. I haven't done any extractions yet but it's quite powerful. Cleaning is easy. What's nice is that you have many options to do either extractions frozen or make Butters, and it does frequent pulsating on that particular speed. Or you can just blend your mixture by holding down the button until you get desire texture. Looking forward to using the other features.

I strongly advise against purchasing this product. The blade does not securely lock into the pitcher, creating a significant safety hazard. While pouring a smoothie, the blade fell out and caused a severe injury to the back of my boyfriend's hand, requiring emergency medical attention. Seven stitches later, we ended up with hospital bills that, combined with the cost of the blender, could have easily covered the purchase of a higher-quality product like a Vitamix. The ER doctor mentioned that this was not the first incident involving this product, confirming the dangerous flaw in its design. We plan to return the blender and will avoid Ninja products entirely moving forward. This experience has highlighted the importance of investing in safe and reliable kitchen appliances. A design this poorly thought-out should not be available to consumers. Stay safe and consider alternatives.

Worst blender

I am on my third ninja. The first one gave out at the 1 year mark so I could not claim the warranty . The second one was in its third month after purchase and it warped when I put it in the dishwasher. It was replaced with the third one . I’ve had this one for 1 year 3 months and now the lid does not click down in place so I have to hold it down to be able to use it. This is the worst product. Does not last . Definitely looking into a different brand of blender now.

The blades in the jar are exposed and loosely fitted. My wife got a deep cut in her thumb while unpacking when the blades just dropped on her hands. We had to rush to the emergency to get stitches. They should be more mindful about the unpacking hazards. Worst unpacking experience ever. Returning this weapon!

This is an amazing kitchen aid, it chops through anything. My go to is a frozen smoothie which it has no problems with. It is on the louder side but with so many programs you can set it and walk away.

I loved the product initially when I just used it for the pitcher and to-go cups. But, when I finally started to use the blender bowl for cooking this winter - the bowl broke after only 3 uses! I washed it on top rack of dishwasher. The bottom got all gummed up and the part that spins broke off from the base. It's been over a year since the purchase date so it's not covered by warranty. Majorly bummed. Would not recommend based on the food processor bowl alone.

Bought this about 2 years ago. Worked well at first. Used it about 14 times over the 2year period. Now motor stalls and interrupts juicing. Then just shuts off. Better get that warranty! Wish I had. :( Not going to replace it either the newer ones don't look half as sturdy as the one I had/had.

I love this set so much, I bought it for my adult kids as well. It is so handy to have all of these piece functioning on the same appliances and the fact that I was able to replace lost smoothie containers was huge - even after 10 years. It isn’t as powerful as the Vitamix, I’m sure, but I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ultimate bleeding experience upgrading. We fell in love with our last ninja that had the smoothie bowl attachment. This upgrade is phenomenal. No more jobs to turn. Easier cleaning. Kid friendly if supervised and makes a fun spin on smoothie sherbet days at home. It's not extremely loud with with each level can produce some noise. We absolutely love this and have no worries when it comes to safety all the parts move smoothly, there's no sticking, doesnt use a ton of power.
