This little blender is big noisy. It measures about 85db at 6 ft. I suppose that's about average but I was hoping smaller would be quieter. The programs are mostly useless, just pulsing at different intervals. A speed control would be more useful to me.

I was excited to know that Target delivers to APO addresses. I ordered this blender on March 22nd with the delivery date of March 31 for my husband who is serving in the military overseas. Today is April 5th, and there’s no delivery date or updates since March 27th. I called customer service and they issued a replacement order. The rep gave me April 8th as new delivery date only to find out that the new delivery date is April 12th. I went back and canceled the order all together. I’m very disappointed.

I use this blender every day, and it blends up everything including spinach, mixed fruits and nuts with no problem. The only thing about it is it's a little loud but that's probably because it has a lot of power. This blender is just as good as the ones that our 3 times as much.

Sooooo loud! This thing requires ear protection or running to another room. I feel bad for my neighbors. Will be returning this item.

This does the work of pulsing to get all smoothie ingredients incorporated. Absolutely love the settings for smoothie drinkable or bowl. Easy to clean!

I went from a lower end blender to this beauty at home! It makes quick work of smoothies for me and the entire family!

This is a great blender I just don’t fully love that it opens from the top (I used to have the bullet blender that opened from the bottom and it just poured so much better because the smoothie didn’t get stuck on the blade). Also with the little prong pieces on the lid, while it helps keep the smoothies from sticking it does drip everywhere when you remove to pour…

I have had this for only a year. Up until a couple of months ago I was happy with it. Now when operating it is smelling like it's going to blow up. The actual blade attachment is tight to turn and ive noticed it grinds up a tiny bit of plastic. The gap where the seal is located is incredibly hard to clean and builds up mold no matter what you do. I'm not using it anymore for fear of contamination of my smoothies. I'm so disappointed I paid good money for this and spent a lot of time choosing which product. My old nutribullet did a similar thing and lucky my husband is a mechanic and replaced the bearings in the blade. But this should not have to happen. The product should be good for a few years at least I have pictures i want to upload but for some reason the button isn't working

This is the best blender ever! The blades are super strong and sharp! Easily blend frozen fruit and the proper amount of liquid as listed on the cup and you can make an incredible smoothie! It’s about as loud as a vacuum. Easily comes apart to clean and switch between the bigger and smaller cup options! The twist part of it helps to scrape down the sides without needing to take off the lid! ITS AWESOME!!!!

When I ordered this, I like some features like 1600w, and small size(relatively) and sleek design. Generally I like it! The only confusion is about the extract. I am definitely continuing discovering new recipes. So what’s the difference between smoothie and extract?

The blender itself isn’t too terrible. Does the job. However, despite thoroughly cleaning it every time, the seal quickly grew black mold. Unless you take the seal off every clean, water gets under and food does too, leading to more mold. Mind you, I’ve only had this blender a few months and used it maybe once a week.

I had this for about a year and a half and while it worked fine for most of that time, its starting to break down. I expected more from a top brand like Ninja and wouldn't care if this was a cheaper blender. The little notches on the large smoothie cup, that fit into the notches on the motor base to lock it in place while blending, shave off a little more with every blend, that now when it is blending it slips out of the grooves of the base every now and then and stops blending. And the little bits of plastic are left and I'm afraid of them getting in the food. And today after using it seems the blade assembly broke/loosened and is releasing oil now. It looks to only be on the outside but idk if it's in the food too. This happened to me on a cheaper blender too. Finally this thing has been a major pain to clean, ESPECIALLY if you use the biggest cup with the Twisti function. That cup lid has so many holes in it for water to get stuck and there's a gasket u need to take out if u wanna clean it good. The twisting mechanism is hard to clean under. The cups are ok to clean. The blade assembly is a pain to clean bc there is a gasket that u need to take out if u wanna clean it good, I need to use a metal pick to get it out, and then a little brush to clean in the groove and around the blades. I clean by hand so maybe it's easier for a dishwasher. Also I don't know if ninja intends for u to take the gasket out of the blade assembly bc there's no way to unless u have a pick thing, and I didn't use to but it started to smell. It's also super loud and it seems to have gotten louder lately. Overall not pleased with a ninja product.

Less than a year out, after maybe 2 smoothies a month, this thing no longer works-the lid blew off and busted. Literal screws were on my kitchen floor. Just found out I’m past the return window even though Target allegedly allows returns for 1 year post purchase. Super. Awesome. /s

It overheated after one minute.Displayed an error.Liquid was smoking hot.This thing is loud as a jet engine.I am not sure this is safe to use for longer than a few minutes.Blade is small and if you're trying to blend something thicker its not gonna work.Twisti feature does not help at all.

Figured out why it was called the Twisti after I purchased it! You can twist this little knob at the top of the lid during the blending process to help all ingredients get down to the blade. Fantastic feature! Exactly what I wanted, works great. Not overly loud for the motor that it has! Love how washable everything is, even the base (not washable obviously) has a sealed interior for easy wipe up.
