I tried it for the first time today and no, just no. It only blended whatever was at the very bottom, all of the ingredients at the top stayed untouched. I ended up transferring everything to a smaller blender I own and everything blended perfectly. I purchased this product because if it’s glass cup and the fact that it doesn’t have the cancer warning. It really wish it worked!

My daughters brought this for me for Christmas and I was super excited because I'm in the midst of a lifestyle change. After reading the instruction manual I realized the juicer can only be used with citrus fruits, so now I just use it as a really great blender for smoothies.

Stopped working on day 1. I was using it and it turned off. And I couldn't get it to turn back on. It's cute and comes with a bunch of accessories. The base is sparkly and I love that the blender jar is glass, but it burning out on my first use is not okay. I hope I just got a defective one because it was a great deal. Will be returning.
