Q: According to this website the pan is made of carbon steel? It doesn't say so on the packaging. According to this website the pan contains aluminum. Is the nonstick coating a carbon steel alloy?

A: The fact that they took PFOAs out and added another chemical makes it just like PFOAs. Honestly why would you want to use this stuff anyway. Watch the movie The Devil We Know, and learn more about non-stick chemicals.

This is by far the best springform pan that I have purchased. It is sturdy and so easy to use, inlike my old ones. The only drawback is that it is not dishwasher safe. I would highly recommend this produce.

This pan worked wonderfully! I didn't have to line it and it cooked evenly with no leaks. My Biscoff Cookie Cheesecake was perfect and it released with no sticking and I didn't have to spray the pan at all.

Loved this pan it’s a little different then the first one I had this one is kinda propped up so that once the cheesecake is ready to be put on a nice dish it just slides right off. Definitely recommend and I’m so happy with this purchase
