Nordic Ware Prism Baker's Bundle Quarter and Half Sheet

Wasn't sure how these pans would handle roasting/cleanup, etc. But I am pleasantly surprised. The textured bottom really helps things roast evenly and they are a breeze to clean up. Just the scrubby side of a sponge and it's like it's never been used. The heft of both pans is very nice and you can tell that you won't have an issue with them warping in a hot oven. The quarter sheet is a perfect fit for our toaster oven too, so that makes it doubly useful (especially when you don't want to heat the whole kitchen during the summer) NordicWare knocked these out of the park and I'm looking forward to trying the half sheet out with some cookies.

I tried this pan combo with sliced zucchini and parmesan cheese. The zucchini came off easily and is was delicious! Clean up was quick and easy. Not pictured, I also used this for bacon in the oven and it worked out great too!

I haven’t been able to use them quite yet because I keep forgetting to buy more vanilla, but I love the size of the pans. I normally bake cookies a lot more during the holidays and the bigger pan will help cut down on the baking time. I also like the smaller pan for smaller batches of cookies. I can’t wait to finally be able to use them!

I love this baking sheet set! It is beautiful, high quality and easy to clean. The smaller pan fits perfectly in my 4 slice toaster oven. It will replace the flimsy pan that came with it. I will definitely buy more of these to replace my old, ugly sheet pans. They are so pretty, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase as a gift for one of my favorite bakers!

This Nordic Ware set of Prism baking sheets are perfect for my baking needs. I like the textured surface, which allows heat to circulate and baked goods cook evenly. I have been looking at the quarter sheet size pans for awhile, and am happy with this size, for smaller baking needs. The pans are sturdy, made of aluminum, and should last a good while. They are made in America! It is recommended that they be washed by hand, not in a dishwasher, as the dishwasher may cause discoloration. If that doesn't matter to you, then go ahead and use the dishwasher! The interior dimensions of the quarter sheet: 12.25 in. x 8.8 in. x 0.9 in.; the half sheet measures 17. 12 in. x 8.8 in. x 0.9 in.

I was excited when I got these pans home because they are sturdy and have higher sides than what I usually see for sheet pans. They have ridges along the bottom which the wrap directions said was designed for improved cooking; the directions say to grease the pan or use parchment so I used parchment. I baked a biscuit recipe I make often and the cook time is 8 minutes; I had to cook them on these pans for 18 minutes before they were cooked to the correct internal temperature. :/ That meant my biscuits were dry and I was disappointed. I didn't like how the pans conducted heat.

Love love love these pans! The prism ridges allow air to circulate around the veggies, cookies, etc, allowing excellent equal baking. No more burnt bottoms or soggy middles! The ridges themselves do best with a coat of oil or butter, for maximum ease of removability of the meal or treat. Easy to clean, just a quick hand wash is all you need! The half sheet is great for small amounts and my toaster over! The full size sheet is an everyday workhorse. We are down to only 3 baking sheets, and these are two of them! No need for lots of pans with these awesome aluminum ones!

I absolutely love these Nordicware Prism pans! We got the two pack with the full sheet and half sheet sizes. I love the grooves on the bottom of the pans, that allow a more even cooking. They are extremely heavy duty and very strong and sturdy. I highly recommend these!

The perfect pans! I love that these two come as a set, the smaller on was perfect for cinnamon rolls, and the larger one was a hit baking vegetables! The nonstick worked wonders with both meals. The pans are easy to hand wash and even easier to dry! A great addition to my kitchen!

I love the bigger one for cooking half a pkg of bacon in the oven. The smaller one is perfect for doing dinner for one or two people, or a tv dinner.
