Nordic Ware ProCast Classic Loaf Pan

Had the 14 year old make a lemon pound cake loaf with this pan. His "greasing" skills left a little to be desired (used Pam instead of butter/flour) and I was worried that we weren't going to be able to get the loaf out of the pan. Somehow though, even with having the oven rack to high and overbaking just a bit, the loaf slid right out with hardly a crumb left. Clean up was a breeze too. I really like the design on the side of the pan, but understand why it's not on the interior too (too much work w/ prepping and cleaning) This loaf pan will definitely be my go to for banana bread, etc, it just has a heftier feeling than regular metal pans. NordicWare knocked it out of the park with this one.

Nordic Ware Classic Cast Aluminum Loaf Pan This pan is awesome. It is a little bigger than traditional loaf pans I have used in the past which is nice. The pan perfectly cooks my bread. It is easy to clean because the pan is non stick, which keeps me from having to do all the scrubbing to clean like other pans. I love the little handles on the side helps me with getting the pan in and out of the oven. I see this pan lasting a long time.

I am writing a review for this Nordic Ware Classic Cast Aluminum Loaf Pan. This loaf pan is a really nice high quality pan. The pan is a heavy duty pan. I like the handles. How it has the cut outs. The pan made a nice loaf of bread. I recommend this pan. This is a pan that will last a long time.

Absolutely loved this pan! I made my famous banana bread in this bad boy and it came out just perfect. To top it off it was a breeze to clean up, the mess just wipes off instantly no scrubbing needed or residue left behind. The aluminum non stick cast sure did make my job way easier with an easy clean. Great pan for any baker from beginner to expert. Not only does it work great it’s a cute pan to even serve out of! I am One happy customer

I definitely feel like I’m going to start baking bread more, thanks to this pan. My bread has come out so nice. It doesn’t make my bread over burned. I would definitely recommend this pan to anyone that loves a nice bread.

This loaf pan is slightly larger than typical loaf pans and is made of thicker material, which I appreciate. It cooked well and my bread didn't stick to it; I did follow manufacturer's directions (and my recipe) to grease the pan before adding my wet dough.

This pan is amazing. It baked my pineapple upside loaf perfectly! Beautiful even bake. It cleaned up super easy too, which is hard to do sometimes with that brown sugar topping. This is my new favorite pan!

I am very happy with this loaf pan. It is sturdy but not overly heavy. You cannot use cooking spray on this pan so you need to coat it with butter and then dust it with flour. My banana bread slid out with ease. The cooking time on this is also reduced compared to my glass loaf pan. Very happy with this pan.

Ok this loaf pan is incredible! The first thing I noticed about the pan was how heavy it was being cast aluminum. That was my first selling point but then I put it to the test and was even more amazed! The pan is non-stick and my apple cinnamon bread glided right out of it once it was done baking. The entire loaf was beautifully golden brown and evenly cooked out of the oven. I own quite a few Nordic Ware baking products and this is by far my favorite. This loaf pan is phenomenal quality and makes the cooking with it a breeze. An added bonus are the ornate handles of the pan as well. Just beautifully made and I would definitely recommend this loaf pan!

While being a pretty standard loaf pan the quality is absolutely amazing. This cast aluminum pan feels durable and long lasting and it’s soooo easy to clean. We have used it to make some banana bread already and it came out beautiful.

Nice heavy duty pan. The bread I baked came out easily (which never happens for me). It’s baked evenly as well. Seems like it the pan will hold up well. Even though hand washing is a pain, it’s worth the quality.
