My hair hates this. I tried more than a couple washings to be sure. It makes makes my hair feel like straw, not soft. It doesn’t detangle. It didn’t lather very well either.

This has been the only shampoo and conditioner duo that leaves my hair SOFT and MOISTURIZED. Ive always struggled with dry itchy burning scalp with many brands my whole life,( head and shoulders, herbal essences, whole blends, suave, dove, v5, and pantene.) im always left with brittle, dry, and dead hair with split ends. My hair was REVIVED my curls are ALIVEEE AND SO HEALTHY!! My scalp is never itchy, irritated, burning, or dry! I love that theres no sulfates or silicones because many brands only say no silicones while still having 1-2 sulfates in their ingredients. This is PERFECT for me and my hair. Plus it smells so naturally fresh and clean. PLUS ITS VERY AFFORDABLE, im not overly generous with the amounts i lather into my hair because a little goes a long way! 2 washes with shampoo, 1 full pump each wash. And 2-3 pumps of conditioner. If they made a non-scented ph balanced body soap ID BE STOCKED UP!! This is def the best brand ever <3

I had been using this shampoo and conditioner for a while, but with the recent formula change, I can't use it. It leaves my hair feeling dry and flat. I would not recommend this product because of the formula change.

When I couldn't find the familiar green bottle at my Target I was really worried that they had stopped carrying the product. I'm glad I came back here to search! Just a new design on the bottle! I've seen some complaints in these reviews that the shampoo made their hair dry, frizzy, or oily. My guess is that results depend on what type of hair you are starting with. My hair is thin and fragile due to age and medical issues. For me this shampoo delivers the best mix of cleaning without stripping or a need for additional conditioning (which weighs my hair down). I love the mood-lifting fragrance. I haven't had any problems with breakage or increased thinning.

I use to LOVE this shampoo and conditioner. I have been buying it since 2020. I was obsessed with the smell and how it made my hair feel. Since the formula change, it doesn't smell as good and leaves my hair feeling dull, flat, and lifeless. I won't be buying again. 💔

The kriginal formula was better for curly girls that had fine hair and oily scalps. It used to be a clear, gel-like consistency that lathered well and gave a deep cleanse, hense the former description of being detoxifying. Now it is a milky consistency and is more moisturizing than it is cleansing. Plus the pumps no longer lock and the smell is less fruity. Please go back to the original formula and packaging please! :(

I used to love this formula when it was in the dark green bottle but since they’ve changed it, I can’t stand it. Now after I shampoo, my hair feels like straw until I can slather on more conditioner than I used to need. After the shower, my hair feels like there’s a residue on it and I get both dry, frizzy flyaways and greasy clumps. I haven’t had hair days this bad in years. Just really sad that they changed it.

I wanted to love it but just can’t. It made my hair fall out sooo much. I switched shampoos for a week to see maybe it wasn’t the shampoo and didn’t lose so much hair. I switched back to this shampoo and my hair fall was concerning each time. It also left my hair feeling a bit dry and I noticed hair breakage. I couldn’t continue using it. The conditioner and mask are decent but I am going to get rid of the shampoo since I can’t return it. I hate wasting money like this when I’m on a budget.

I bought this one because it smelled good and was advertised as natural. I made sure to shampoo twice, washing well in between to get the best results. I also paired with matching conditoner. It was fine the first time, but then my hair became very dry and frizzy. I wanted to like this, but felt bad for my hair and had to switch.

I’ve used this brand of shampoo and conditioner for a few years now. Sometimes I venture out to try the other scents this brand has and they leave a residue in my hair. Probably because the formulations are for different types of hair. I have thin straight hair and this is the only scent that works for my hair. Easy to lather and leaves my hair smelling and feeling nice. Please don’t discontinue!

Purchased after I saw some good reviews. I have thick hair and right after the shower this shampoo makes my hair feel so greasy . Almost as if I can’t wash it off completely no matter how many times I rinse. The smell is great but not worth having my hair feel so disgusting and greasy. The conditioner seems to dry out my hair even more after my hair dries.
