I love to toss it in my favorite jarred tomato sauce and add fresh basil and burrata on top. SO GOOD! So glad we finally found a GF option that we love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These noodles are so chewy and delicious! I made them with just plain olive oil and truffle salt. They are super filling. They do kind of harden/stick together when reheated as leftovers, but overall I liked them a lot!

I personally enjoyed it very much and would eat it again, but my husband and kids complained that it was too “sticky” and “mushy”. I guess it is a matter of preference.
