I take 300 mg of Pantothenic Acid daily to enhance circulatory system health, specifically to reduce LDL cholesterol levels and subsequently reduce plaque buildup in arterial walls. This is a good alternative to taking niacin for the same reason, as niacin may have very unpleasant flushing and itching effects of the skin.

Recently have been going through a very stressful time; research said B5 is the vitamin for me. So many companies use rice as their binder, which my body does not tolerate well. So happy NOW company has made this rice-free vitamin which after using a month has helped me handle the jitters better.

Been using the B vitamin on and off for adrenal support especially when low on energy. Would feel stronger on the dose. Counting on what helps since discovering the good effects years ago. Still effective when I need support.

I normally don't care at all for Now Foods products as I've found they generally do not work as well as other brands, but I did notice a difference in energy from taking this supplement. I no longer felt sleepy in the early afternoons right after starting to take it, so this one must actually be working! Very cheap price, as all Now Foods products are.
