Missing part quality concerns
It does look and feel cheaper than my old crepe maker so I hope it does actually work better. Also, one of the wooden pieces wasn't added to my box, the little cross looking thing is missing!

Easy to use and convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how lightweight this little crepe griddle is. It's very easy to set up and learn to use. It doesn't quite get hot enough very fast so be patient with it but there is good temperature control once it's hot enough. It's a bit annoying to clean cause the cord cannot be removed. It is a good size to store in a small household. Makes the perfect size crepe for one person.

Great for the price. Even heat.
I bought this because my small burners do not provide even heat across a wide enough surface area to cook Dosa Tested the surface temperature moving from center to outside edge on medium heat. Results: 245 F to 275 F at the extremes. I'd consider this fairly uniform (260 +- 15degrees), especialy at this price. I used it to cook Dosa and they came out just fine. Not tested: how quickly it gets back up to temp after you add the batter. Feels cheap but is a work horse. The surface seems delicate. I would advise against putting anything acidic on the surface.
