I’ve always loved this liquid eyeliner, but the last few times I’ve purchased this at target it’s run out or dried out after a few uses (literally about 3 uses) such a bummer.

It has a nice shiny sheen to it but the part I’m super impressed by is that once it’s on—it’s on. It doesn’t smudge or budge, even if I try. The drying time is quick. Value for money but beware if you have oily lids since it will slide right off ! It never shows at all

I always feel like it’s an easy glide and just stays, I’m not worried about it coming off at random, no smudging or mess. This was easy to take off too. After a while of use this pen will start leaking and exploding and you will have you get rid of exposes ink to make it usable. Making it very frustrating to work or travel with.
