Some of our Coconut Milk and Argan Oil of Morocco Extra products contain silk amino acids.

Q: Can OGX Argan Oil Shampoo and Conditioner also help with my anti-fungal Seborrheic Dermatitis scalp problem? I get a Japanese Straightening Perm every 8 months, and cant use dandruff shampoos as the sulfate will undo the straightening!

Believe the reviews that say it makes your hair fall out. I did not and bought it anyway. I remember buying this stuff many years ago and it is to this day my favorite smelling shampoo. Well, it is NOT worth the smell. I’ve been using this shampoo for a few months now and my hairs are EVERYWHERE. The bathroom floor is carpeted with my hairs. The shower drain has clogged twice with my hair in the last couple months. I have hairs all over my clothes, my boyfriend’s clothes, anywhere I go, you can tell I was there. It is honestly scaring me. I went back to a better brand yesterday and I am so hoping this can all grow back in. Absolutely terrifying.

Not happy with improved formula. I was a loyal customer of this shampoo. My hair and my scalp were so healthy when I was using old formula. The new formula making my hair dry and my scalp is itchy. I went out to stores who carried old formula and stocked some. I hope the company come back with old formula or I have to find some other brand. 🙁

This new white shampoo is no where near as good as the original yellowish formulation. I bought a large bottle without realizing it is different and threw it out after trying it. They sould tell people that Argan Oil of Morocco Shampoo has been discontinued and call this something different.

I received samples of this product and it was right on time. I had been doing quite a bit of chemical processing to my hair with trying to remove a color from my hair and then add a color to fix what went wrong. The products I had at home weren’t working out to help my hair recover. I wasn’t sure what to try next, until I received the OGX Argan Oil of Morocco Shampoo and Conditioner. I used them both and my hair immediately went from feeling dry and brittle to feeling moisturized and soft. This is a good indication that this product has a lot of potential to improve the condition of hair. I will be buying the full size bottles of this product to continue to see further progress.

They changed the formula of this shampoo and I didn’t realize until I used it — the color is different and it feels different on my hair. After using it I checked the bottle and of course it says “new & improved” which to me reads: we made this cheaper and kept it the same price — I used to love this shampoo and now I have a big bottle of something that leaves my hair feeling slightly sticky and is generally worse than it used to be.

I love this shampoo so much due to many factors. The scent is very clean and fresh and it’s just amazing. The value for money is good too, I can usually find it on sale. It is it effective in repairing and strengthening your hair, i have seen less damage to the ends of my hair. The ingredients seem good to me. Overall, I would highly recommend you buy this product.
