    If i could choose to not give a single star i would. My experience with this scooter has been worst. Its only been a little over 3 months since i brought this scooter to commute to work and its been giving me alot of trouble. It would stop working. Not start charging for more than 2 hours. It dies down even when the battery is 80% or more. Also the after sales service is pathetic. Been a month since ive been exchanging emails with them and instead of resolving the issue they just ask me to send videos of the scooter not work , the color of the light on the adaptor. Half of the times they say they haven’t received any email and half the time they ask me to give them 48 hours to resolve the issue. Its really frustrating when this keeps on happening again and again. Target should stop selling these okai scooters.

    This is a decent starter scooter for a leisurely ride when you're not trying to get somewhere quickly. It maxes out at about 15mph. The tires are air filled, which means they can pop, so avoid going over any rocks or glass. Always check tire pressure before your ride. It has lasted quite a while now without any issues, so it seems to have some decent durability. It has a cool card key to lock and unlock the scooter so you don't have to worry as much about someone stealing it if you always keep it with you. There is a really bright blue light that goes down the front of the scooter, bringing visibility at night. I was told I could change color light by using their app, will try. Overall it's a good scooter for the price.

    Everything for this e-scooter is comfortable, from the look/design to the peformance, from handle bar to the brake. The only downside is the top speed. I am on regular weight & height, but the speed max is 14-15 miles, which seems fine for short commute.

    This electric scooter has a round display screen that shows stuff like as speed, battery life and speed mode. It can be connected to app and I can customize various settings such as driving mode and atmospheric lights. The board is wide and charges quickly. Battery lasts a long time but it is good idea to carry the charger with you in a scooter bag to avoid getting stranded. It is most efficient and fastest on flat ,smooth surfaces. It has a bright headlight for night riding. It is really convenient way to get around for short trips and errands for me.

    The best feature of this scooter is that the rubber wheels open up and hug the concrete I can't explain it but it really grips. Plus light weight and fast to charge. front lights are super bright and also the chic Neon light bar. I advise you to get a scooter bag to carry your charger with you because you dont want to get stuck.

    The scooter arrived and was well packaged. It is well-made, sturdy, great looking and achieved all the things that I wanted it to have in an entry level adult scooter. My daughter loves it and is having a blast riding it around town and going across campus in no time. I would highly recommend this scooter for its build, safety (lights and reflectors all over the scooter), speed, tires, braking and sturdiness.

    You have to check out this Neon Lite e-scooter. Though the price is on lower end, but the quality and functions are defitnitly not!!! You will be surprise what you get from it, quality battery & foldable compactness. Only downside is a bit slow, but no complaint for this price point.

    Great holiday gift I have given to my boyfriend. He loves it at the beginning, now he is asking for an upgraded model they called Neon Pro, coz the Neon Lite version is too light for him. I like the Lite one, anyway. So guess just get him the advanced model as a sweet "upgrade".

    At first, I don't want to buy any e-scooter for my son though he requested. Mainly I am worried about the saftety. Then I found this OKAI Neon Lite which assured me of 2 reasons: 1. the manufacturer has been in business for over 10 years and they know how to build quality products 2. This model top speed is only 15mph. With helmet, I am less worried about my son doing crazy speedy rides.
