[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit on the fence about buying this peel-off base nail polish after reading mixed reviews, but boy, am I glad I took the plunge! This product actually works wonders, but there's a little secret sauce to it: follow the instructions to the letter! When applying, make sure to leave a tiny border around the edge of your nail (just focus on the center of your nail). And here's the golden rule: let it dry completely—patience is your best friend here! If it's not dry, it will mess up the base polish you put on top :( (speaking from experience) Once you're all set, just paint your nails as usual, and voila! I've had my polish on for two weeks, and they popped off perfectly when I was ready for a change. It's a total game changer for anyone who loves switching up their nail color without the harsh removal process. Now, I can change my nail color whenever my mood changes! Give it a try—your nails will thank you!

Oh my goodness!! As someone who has long loved gel polish but HATED the arduous removal process, this peel off base coat is a game changer!! I still get a long lasting, beautiful gel mani but have the option to switch it up more frequently because of this base coat. And the best part is, it does wonders removing glitter polish, too!

Immediatly peeled off after application. I followed the vague directions, completed my nails and washed my hands later and 99% came off.

Also "read" them rather than skimmed them and now I love it. I am still waiting to see if my nails are healthier using this peel off base coat. I liked it enough to order a second bottle, so I didn't run out!

LOVE IT!!! As much as I much the polish brush it’s kinda hard to get that perfect pizza marinara layer with it, but I use the thicker side of the art brush and it’s so much easier. Sometimes I get slightly confuzzled on what to do when everywhere but the tip (where it wasn’t applied) comes off, soak my tips? Like it’s usually super adhered.

I really like using POB but do feel like there is a huge learning curve. I’m glad i waited a little bit to purchase so I could learn from experts. I prefer using this method and sometimes feel like it doesn’t peel off entirely or leaves my nails minimally damaged. It is so much faster than soak off so i appreciate that. Since learning how to use it better, i have less issues with them lofting or peeling too early.

No matter how I prepped my nails or applied the base coat, my nails ended up shipping the exact same day. I tried 4 different times to make it work, i even messaged the company and didn't get a response. I bought the base, color, and top coat. Returned all gel polishes I bought from this brand. Now my nails are thin and brittle and i had to cut them all off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My gel manis without the peel-off base usually last 6-8 days because of my brittle nails, daily labor, and obsessive nail picking. With the peel-off base, they last 5-6 days, which is pretty good! A lot of reviews state they peel off instantly or within 24-hours. The trick is ONLY putting on the base in the middle of your nail. You also need to barely have anything on the brush- a very thin layer with most of the edges of your nail bare is the way to go. They are easy to peel and I notice no damage to the area the base covers. See pic for the max coverage I will apply. Color is dancing green, FYI.

I must be doing something wrong but I don’t get the easy peel off results. Mine had to be scraped off, which is one of the worst possible outcomes.

Used for the first time, one nail "peeled" off by the end of the night and 4 more nails peeled off by the next day. I would want a cured gel polish to last more than 2 days.

This peel off basecoat is so great! It makes having gel nails so much easier because removal takes minutes. I think people who have their nails peel off within a day or two are not using the product correctly. If you apply it only to the middle of your nails, and not to any free edges, your nails should last at least two weeks. I have used this multiple times with great results!

I had no problem with the gel base coat. It worked at being a base coat and it was efficient in allowing removal of the gels when I wanted to.

Terrible product. Spent a lot of time curing and painting nails with gel lamp and polish almost completed peeled off after 1 shower. I wanted to like this but will be returning it.

This peel off coat is game changing for the gel industry! It keeps my nails healthy and hydrated and it’s so easy to remove the gel polish!

I think the reviews saying that their nails peeled off within hours might not have followed the directions. You have to put this on the CENTER of your nail and leave a border around the ENTIRE nail for the gel base coat to have nail to actually adhere to. The center is always the area where your nail peels if you pull gel polish off, so this is just meant to prevent that. I used the peel off coat alone with the colored gel. I like both so far and they seem sturdy.
