It’s a really pretty effect that brings a nice shimmer and even slightly alters the shade of the base color. But it’s not as long lasting as SGT. I had small chips by the end of Day 3. I typically apply fresh top coat every 2 days to make a mani last, so next time I think I’ll need to apply SGT the day after I do my mani to give it a protection sooner.

To be fair, my daughter picked this color out, but that being said, I have used it on top of the Our House color and I didn't like it. It reminded me of the 80's pearly nail polish that I long ago stopped wearing.

This top coat is gorgeous. I put it on over HZ for a sparkling effect and it looked fantastic. I'm excited to try it with other colors. It does not last as long as the Super Glossy top coat, it started to chip after 5 or 6 days and I can ususally get 10 days from the Super Glossy top coat. I did only use the Golden Effect top coat one time, so it's possible that the first use was a one-off and it does last as long as the Super Glossy top coat.

Five Shades of Grey, one of my favorite sets with The Golden Effect. Is it Smokey in Here with the Golden Effect. Five Shades is just a great neutral set that just makes me feel put together when I’m not looking for a specific color. Clean and Classy. Is it Smokey in Here is a rich greeny brown color that I see being a new go to this winter. The Golden Effect is so fun! I’m not usually a frost girl, so I wasn’t sure, but this is more of a subtle shimmer. Very pretty. I have yet to find an Olive and June color that I don’t fall in love with! All the colors are so rich and unique.
