Cleans great, but builds up MOLD in the head. We even bought new heads and take them off each time to try and avoid it, yet mold still easily and quickly builds up in them. We live in New England and it happens even in dry winter months. It’s unfortunate. I will say we also have the oral B iq and those do the same thing. It’s really unfortunate bec these clean real well, just wish they didn’t deposit mold spores into our mouths while brushing!

Even if rinsed after each use, residual toothpaste can harden over time and form a residue on your toothbrush and the replacement head. Solid toothbrush replacement heads. I wish the refills were a tad cheaper when buying in bulk. But not bad at all. My teeth are much cleaner since switching to an electric toothbrush.

I really like this brush head. It seems gentler than the sensitive brush head, yet seems to clean better. Win, Win! The only thing I don't like is that it's hard to tell exactly when to change it. I change it about every 2 months, as soon as the bristles look a little splayed/worn. Not sure if you're supposed to wait until the blue bristles fade. Oral B doesn't give that info for this brush head.

These Oral-B Pro GumCare replacement heads for my Oral-B Toothbrush are much better than the Oral-B “Sensitive” brush heads. They are softer and they clean the gum line area better! I changed due to many reviews saying this exact thing! They were right!

I was previously using the sensitive brush heads but wanted to give these a try. I actually like these way more! I feel they clean my teeth more thoroughly and they are actually more gentle on my gums than the sensitive brush heads. Please don't ever stop making these, and please make these same brush heads fit any future base handle models!

Even on the lightest setting, my electric toothbrush seemed to upset my gums. Dentists have insisted I must brush too hard. For a while, I switched to a child's toothbrush. This brush head feels equally as gentle -- and now I can use higher settings. The feeling is somewhat similar to getting your teeth polished at a cleaning. I want to buy these for everyone I know...

The floss action head was great but did a number on my receding gums. The sensitive head was a bit better but so so on plaque. THIS ONE, omg, my gums stayed in place, no soreness, felt massaged and blood was circulating. Never felt that before, even after the dentist. And my plaque did not build up by the end of the day. I’m still in shock...
