My hygienist suggested an Oral-B; I chose the Pro 100 because it uses standard AA batteries. I’m flush with NiMH rechargeables, so this only made sense. And…it works! Already I’m seeing a difference in whiteness, and my gums feel GREAT. The real measure comes in about a month when I go in for my biannual cleaning, but I bet I’ll get good news. A great product…exactly what I expect from Oral-B.

Purchased 2 Pro 100 Oral B PrecisionCleanToothbrush one for my husband and one for myself. Unfortunately, after putting them together neither toothbrush will work. Thinking the batteries were bad I put in new batteries, still no response from the toothbrushes!

I just purchased this and when received it had no written instructions other than the side of the box. the part where you install the batteries was difficult to open. Once batteries were installed the brush began operating. I ousted the button to stop it but it would not. Removed the battery box top again and replaced it then it stopped. When I used it it was hard to stop it from operating.. Poorly made. Guess they want to upsale you.

I bought this to use during a trip to Europe. It worked perfectly for two weeks, and then it began to stutter, slow down and/or stop intermittently, making it quite difficult to discern the timer pulses. Perhaps the brush simply needs fresh batteries; I left the brush at my destination & will try new batteries when I return.

Junk. I opened it and put the batteries in and immediately it turned on and couldn't turn it off. I finally got it to stop. The next day, I tried to use it and it was already dead. Don't buy it.

I've bought 4 of these Pro !00's in the last few months. On all of them the coaching timer failed to work properly after 1-3 weeks of use. The timer keeps activating after less then a minute of use. Time to take this one back like the others and find something better.

Awful product. I cannot even get it set up. Poor instructions, difficult to open battery compartment. No guide as to how to insert batteries. Searching for receipt so that I can return. Very disappointing and a hassle. And now a complicated review form to fill in!

I have a rechargeable Oral b and wanted a cheap one for travel so I bought the Pro 100. I can't turn it on or off. It is very annoying. There are zero instructions.

As others have said, the 2-minute timer feature is a little confusing. The rest is great. I could not hear any sound after 2 minutes. I tried for more than 2 minutes to see if there was something happening. But nothing happened.

When it said a 2-minute coaching timer I was expecting it to operate for 2 minutes and power off on it's own. It does not however which is a bit confusing as my child is unsure if they are supposed to keep brushing even after it has pulsed multiple times.

Works well until you have to change the batteries. It is impossible to change the batteries on this one, I couldn't get the battery cover to close at first and when trying to put some force into it the cover just cracked.

We bought two of these toothbrushes. After inserting the batteries that came with the toothbrush, it would not turn on. We purchased new AA batteries and tried to turn it on with the new batteries. It still did not work. We bought another toothbrush. Same thing happened. The toothbrush would not turn on. Tried brand new batteries. Strike two with this toothbrush. We really wanted this model for traveling as we love our electric Oral B. :-(
