Oral-B PRO 100 3D White

If we could give Oral-B IO electric toothbrushes zero stars, we would! We bought two brushes, and one of them stopped working within a month. We had to contact Oral-B for a refund, wait for a return label, and then buy packing tape and a box to send it back to them. We are still waiting for our refund. This has been a huge waste of time. Our second toothbrush stopped charging last night, so it lasted only 1.5 months. We contacted Oral-B again, and this is what they told us: "Our 60-day money-back guarantee is limited to one refund per name, household, or address. We can, however, assist with the process of sending the brush to one of our service centers to get it back in working order." So, we can't get a refund for our second toothbrush because their 60-day policy only allows for one return per address! This is ridiculous! Two toothbrushes stopped charging or working within 1.5 months! We will never purchase from Oral-B again! Also, be sure to read reviews carefully—most of them received the product for free in exchange for a review!

Not happy at all with this purchase. First, the head/brush is too big, there isn’t a 2 minute timer as stated in the description, and wears out quickly and the head/ brush becomes wobbly and acts broken. Plus it states it will whiten teeth and it doesn’t.

It really cleans your teeth better than other toothbrushes! Love it and will buy more for my son and daughter-in-law!

I’ve had this less than a month and it’s already only working some of the time.

I’ve had this for about two weeks now and absolutely love it! An Oral B was recommended by my hygienist and this did not disappoint. I tend to have plaque build up and this brush leaves my teeth feeling super clean!!

I thought for the price I would give it a try. It was way too rough on my gums and teeth. Returned.

deceaving marketing. the name 3D make you think that uses the 3D tecnology that it is only for more expensive models!!!±!

It works well. It is extremely difficult to open up the bottom part to replace the batteries.

Did not last even six months. Only used it twice a day. Replaced batteries often. Did a good job while it lasted though.

This product reminds me of what the hygienist uses before the doc comes in, love it!

Super easy to use!!! Fits in medicine cabinet above sink too.

Stopped working at 6 months

Heads break easily, even with Oral B ones, and eats batteries. Not satisfied

The brush head bristles are firm enough to clean thoroughly but not harsh for sensitive gums. The shape is better too in getting into small spaces for better cleaning. My dentist recommended this to me as I have a problem with sensitive gums. It is practical and dependable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a little over a month ago. I have used the new Oral B 3D white head with my device and I love the feel. The circular head and the center cleaning head is awesome. My teeth feel cleaner and my dentist agrees. My last visit my hygienist was very happy at how clean my teeth were. It is able to get in between all my teeth. No plaque build up at all. I will continue to use the Oral B 3D White replacement heads.
