Q: Hi, With the above instructions, I cannot find anywhere to unscrew to add the batteries. Can you please assist?
A: Hello Michelle K, great question! To access the battery compartment please twist the bottom cover (by the power button) counter clockwise to remove the cover. Then, take out the battery compartment and install 4 AAA batteries, making sure the "+" and "-" symbols match correctly. Finally, replace the battery compartment and the bottom cover, twisting it on clockwise making sure it is secure.
