I’m very upset. My phone slipped out of my pocket a week after putting on a brand new otter box and the entire back glass shattered. Phone has been dropped several times before in much cheaper cases with no similar damage.

I’m a die hard Otterbox fan but I’ve got to admit.. I’m disappointed. I love all my Otterbox Defenders bcuz they don’t slide around. This was the only case I could find to replace my defective defender that was gaping around my camera lens…so disappointed

I purchased the iPhone 12 Pro Max Symmetry Plus Camo cover for my phone so I could use the Apple MagSafe charger. I was happy to find the Camo design, as this is what I had previously, but that cover did not work with the MagSafe charger. I am happy to say that it works perfectly, and the orange buttons make it easier to locate them at a glance. This is a definite recommendation for the MagSafe alternative cover.

I just received my second OtterBox , I’m a very clumsy guy , I drop my phone left to right and let me tell you this case been a lifesaver! The amount of times I thought my phone was done for is crazy, the protection this case provides is incredible !! That being said , I highly recommend this product for ALL clumsy MEN like myself !! I got this for my husband as the first otter box case that he had was an otter+ pop one left over from when it was my phone; he wanted to switch because obviously it was a little girly for his taste. The old one was a fantastic case though; he works construction so his phone has taken some tumbles and didn’t have so much as a scratch on it. Well, fast forward to the very day he got this one. It took a normal tumble from a low height and the back camera shattered. The very next day, another minimal tumble. His entire screen AND the back of the phone are totaled. I can’t even put into words how disappointed I am. It feels like this case is only to prevent scratches? Because it DEFINITELY cannot handle drops. If I could give this zero stars, I would.

I only use Otterbox cases in all my iPhones. I desired to purchase the Symmetry for its minimalist design and amazing protections. I’ve had the case for under a year and the rubber lining has already become somewhat “floppy”. My phone is well protected but the case itself is unappealing compared to other Otterbox cases I’ve purchased in the past. Not sure if anyone else has experienced the same issue but Otterbox should definitely look in to this issue for future models.

I loved the color of the case however, it did not fit my 13 pro max correctly. You could still see the gold on the sides of my phone with the case on. The bottom of it was loose as if it had been worn before. Definitely disappointed. I waited a week for this case just to be let down.

I never thought I’d appreciate a case this much. I was driving today and forgot my phone on the hood of my car and it flew off while I was going 70, and I watched it get kicked out from under my tire and tumble down the road. I had very little hope my phone would be in one piece, but when I grabbed it my screen saver wasn’t any more cracked then it was and my case was just slightly beat up but completely functional.
