How To Use:
• Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water.
• Start with a quarter size amount of THICK SHAMPOO in hands. Work into roots and anywhere hair touches the scalp. Add more if needed. Rinse. Squeeze out excess moisture.
• Start with a quarter size amount of THICK CONDITIONER. Apply in sections. Add more if needed.
• Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and add shine.
Scented with Mercer Street – an outspoken fragrance that a-OUAI-kens the senses with notes of Italian lemon, Turkish rose, jasmine sambac, iris, lily, and white musk.

I have a lot of hair but it's very fine. This shampoo leaves my hair soft and easy to style. It's healthy and though I'm not sure it looks thicker, I do appreciate that it looks clean longer and doesn't have residue that I notice.

Its a middle of the road shampoo & conditioner combo. It did clean my hair. It lathers nicely. The conditioner has a good slip, but doesnt really do much to soften and smooth. As far as leaving your hair moisturized.. i think it depends on how dry your hair. My hair is pretty dry and it did not do a whole lot for me. I think this is a good combo for healthier hair that doesnt need a "lifeline." It smells nice. I don't think it is overwhelming as some reviewers say. Its faint and you can't smell it in your hair after styling it. I say give it a try.

I have thick hair and I feel like I have finally found a shampoo and conditioner that addresses my hair issues. I don't have frizz, my hair feels very clean, I only need to use a small amount, and the smell is wonderful!

This shampoo is one of the worst I've used! I have used it twice and I it seems like there is a residue on my hair after drying it. My hair looks dull and has the appearance of being dirty. Thankfully, I bought the smaller travel size but I can safely say I won't be buying it again nor anything else in this brand.

I used this a few times when i first bought it and then found something i wanted tonise instead so put it aside. I noticed my hair would be dry after but I thought it was because inhadnt been using great shampoo previously and my hair was dried out. Well I used it again and this time for weeks and I noticed my hair was getting so dry and tangled constantly. So I tried some masks/oils tjknkingbit was the water as we had moved. Then my hair started FALLING OUT IN CLUMPS! I have never had an issue with my hair breaking or anything as I dont use a lot of products or heat tools. THIS RUINED MY HAIR!

Cleans and conditions well but the smell to me is powdery and overwhelming. I've had one or two people tell me it smells citrusy to them. Covid wrecked my smell 3 years ago and it's just now coming back, so it may just be me, but its quite strong and almost unbearable.
