Q: Can the my generation dolls sit on this horse?

A: Hi Jjjj. There are two different types of Our Generation dolls; posable and non-posable (18” dolls). All of our dolls rotate at the hips, shoulders and neck. Posable dolls also bend at the knees and elbows, while non posable dolls do not. Both the posable and non-posable dolls can sit. The posable dolls can sit on the horse and their knees can be bent for a better seated fit. Regular dolls, not posable, can be made to straddle all of the OG 20” horses. The Battat Team

Q: How do remove the plastic on the mane ? It seems to be sewn into the hair, and doesn't slide off easily. Afraid I will cut the hair if I try scissors.

A: Hi Emmy. The stitches in the plastic need to be removed carefully and you can see an example of how to remove them correctly in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iLauZFCmajE. Once the stitches have been removed, the plastic will come out of the hair. Thank you. The Battat Team

This was very wanted horse and we were all happy to see our daughter recive for Christmas. We nearly ruined the horse's hair in attempting to free it from the unnecessary amount of plastic sewn into the horses mane. No instructions were given to remove it safely. We eventually got a seam ripper to do it and the horse's hair was very frazzled from our efforts.

I am surprised by her durable the material that it’s made with is. It is very sturdy and still looks new even though she’s been playing with it for a month.

I love her!” She has enjoyed fixing her hair and adding the included accessories and even removing and putting back on the saddle and using with her dolls. It comes with a brush and some clip in accessories - the accessories aren't too small either which is nice if you also have younger kids. The horse's mane and tail have tinsel which makes it more unicorn like which is a hit in my house. Also it's big! Not big enough to sit on or anything but definitely larger than a Barbie horse. My only complaint is that the packaging was frustrating - particularly removing the mane that was sewn onto plastic.

I can’t get the hair free from the plastic strip it came in. It’s proven very difficult to get out. It’s like sewn on and has to be pulled to strands of hair and then you end up pulling some of the hair and glitter strands out.
