Heats up fast and very even and the best part is of course the non stick!!! I hardly have to use any oil to fry most of my food. Highly recommend!

The red goes solid in the center of the pan when it's hot which is helpful. Food did not stick to this pan at all and I didn't use any oill. I love the size of this pan and the edge is the right height that when I have to turn or toss food it doesn't go outside the pan and make a mess. I would definitely not use any kind of sharp utensils on this pan. I'll use this for my easier kind of meals that wouldn't require any utensils that are not silicone.
