I used your IMPROVED FORMULA without realizing until my hand were extra dry and irritated. I discovered your new formula. I returned the product and searched for the old brand that still might be on the shelf. I proceeded to purchase the last 2 32.5 oz. I first began to use this product 30 years ago.

I grew up using this and after Dawn changed their scent for the worse, I figured Palmolive wouldn't ruin a good thing. I was wrong. This is no longer the Palmolive original, the only thing that is the same is the green color. It has a different fragrance which smells like fabric softener. I don't want my dishes to smell like cheap perfume. I'm returning this and now going to buy seventh generation, which doesn't work well, but doesn't aggravate my allergies. I have sensitivities to fragrances, and while the old Palmolive Original scent never bothered me, this one is awful. If something has been around for decades and it isn't broke, please don't "fix" it.

The scent is terrible - it won't wear off my skin no matter how much I rinse, and this "improved formula" does not cut grease as well as the previous version.

The new improved formula should be reconsidered. My dish water does not feel clean, it has a yuck feeling while washing. Also, the soap suds are few and they do not last long enough.

I just bought your new improved and I find it horrible compared to your older type. It is not improved at all. Why improve something that was working great. Go back to the original ultra. I will not buy this one again. So disappointed. I was regular buyer as was my daughter. Not anymore.

Why do you companies need to take something good and ruin it? It was bad enough you changed the original green Palmolive a few years back to “ultra strength” but now you've changed that too. Its terrible! It doesn't suds up, doesn't clean and smells like nasty chemicals. If you want to make a new product , great, but leave what already works alone! If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! Also, for anybody else with allergies, asthma or chemical sensitivities….I was able to use the old formula with no problem. The new one caused shortness of breath and eye burning. Have to find another product. Thanks Palmolive!

I was a loyal Palmolive user for many years. No more! I bought this Ultra Strength formula because I couldn't locate Palmolive Original in stores. It's OK as far as cleaning, but I assumed it would have the classic Palmolive green fragrance and boy, was I wrong! This product has a very strong and offensive chemical odor, nothing like the expected classic Palmolive I have known my whole life. Goodbye forever to Palmolive unless and until you bring back the original fragrance. That goes for the "Original" formula too--I see others have noticed it is watered down and lacks the classic scent.
