Q: How do we know the shaver is finished charging? The red indicator stays on while it's charging but no any sign to tell us when is complete.

The charging indicator continues to glow after charging is completed, and there is no indication to show that charging is completed. I am near 60. The last 6 years or so my leg hair has changed quantity and texture. The hair is less, but I am more prone to knicking myself and bleeding. The razor won't even shave the hair off my knees completely. This razor does a wonderful job! I go out into the sunlight and it works it's magic. It is not a super close shave, but I don't have to worry about the 5 o'clock shadow that using a razor creates with prickly hairs after the shave starts growing back in. This shaver I use dry. It is made menopause a little less awkward. This is my second unit. After many years of use, I dropped my first one after many other drops..and broke it.

I purchased this last year to replace a similar one by the same brand that no longer had a good battery life. This one pales in comparison: the biggest difference is that this feels like it's pulling your hair out and not trimming it, making for a painful shaving experience.

Battery life is terrible. The closeness of the shave is ok. I only use it for underarms or touch ups if I missed a spot. for the price the battery should last longer than 25 minutes

I’ve been through 3 of these razors now, and continue to have the same problem - it’ll work great for a while, until the bottom blade randomly gets stuck & the razor starts pulling hair & just stops cutting it. I’ve tried everything to fix the problem, but I can’t. It seems it’s just a poor design. I keep ending up with a razor that won’t cut hair & irritated skin. I’ve also had issues with it not charging (left it in the charger overnight & somehow it was still low on battery) as well as struggled to keep it clean inside. Mold tends to grow inside the head if you’re not careful. I tried to clean & take the head off to let it fully dry after each use but doing so seems to make the issue of the blade getting stuck worse. I wanted to love this razor but it’s junk. Not well made & won’t last you long.

I bought this product back in February and used it about 2 times a week and it left my skin mostly smooth. Eventually the pop up trimmer broke on me a few days ago so now it no longer shaves well as it leaves patches of stubble and leaves my skin irritated. I wouldn’t recommend this product as it broke after 6 months of purchase when I would expect it to be more durable.

I was really excited for this razor since Panasonic is one of the most reliable brands in electric razors for women. Regardless of the location of the hair, it tugged coarser hair and completely missed finer hair. I used a braun one for a long time and figured that the pricier Panasonic would get me even better results. Now on the hunt for another one and using regular razors...

I’m so glad I ignored the bad reviews of people who are obviously using this incorrectly. I have eczema, coarse hair, and super sensitive skin. At the risk of sounding dramatic, this razor has changed my life. I was about to try laser hair removal and I don’t need to anymore because this was so painless, effective and easy! Make sure to trim longer hairs first and you will be fine. Buy it!!

This did not work for me at all. I have relatively fine, blonde hair. I pushed pretty hard and went over my skin multiple times and I didn’t feel like it removed any hair. I returned this product.
