The nozzle attachment break where it attaches to blow dryer so it’s absolutely useless for blowouts. Attachment is not sold separately so I can’t even replace it

If the warranty was longer you know it’s great but obviously not therefor we got these in our school kit and the nozzle break veryyyy fast it didn’t come with a comb detachable if I got a new dryer I’d be happy but I know they won’t also the electric head is off so that makes me sad

we got this dryer in our cosmetology kit and it is terrible quality for what we pay. My concentrator is broken and I had to electrical tape it together. NEVER BUY THIS

I like this hair dryer, but the attachments - particularly the diffuser - are poorly designed. The clip areas that hold it on break off with normal use. I'm now buying #3 replacement.

I got this dryer about a year ago, and it’s by far one of the best dryers I’ve ever had. I normally air dry my hair, but when I need to blow dry this is perfect because it has settings on the little screen for speed and temp. It’s easy to use.

Love that it's so light and dries my hair quickly. Only negative is that when holding the handle, you tend to change the speed and heat because of the push buttons are in the way.

I have had it about a year and half now and it started smoking and blowing sparks out of it. Thank God I did not have it to my head yet! It was not used professionally but personally and I have thinner straight hair so it never really got that much use. For the price I paid there are a lot of dryers that last longer. Sadly it gave out shortly after the warranty. Will not be buying another.

Absolutely love this hairdryer! Was hesitant to spend more on a hairdryer but I'm so glad I did. It's really made a difference in controlling frizz.

Hard to hold the dryer without turning on and off buttons so frustrating. I have a previous version which also did the same, but this one is worse and the amount of air and heat is now less even at max. Disappointed especially for this price

This hair dryer is the best, my long thick hair is dry in no time when using the express ion dry+ hair dryer.

My favorite hair dryer! I am now on my second Express Ion Plus. The first one I had it for several years, and it worked perfectly every single time I used it. After that one finally stopped working, I did attempt to try a few other very expensive hair dryers, just curious to see if there would be one that was better or more up to date since I had this one for several years. I ended up returning the two other hair dryers because they were awful in comparison to my Paul Mitchell one, so I was thankful that the Express Ion Plus was still available to purchase on the website here. I didn't get the lighter version of this, and I do feel the regular Express Ion Plus is very lightweight and easy to handle and move around while drying my hair. It's not clumsy or heavy at all. It's not too loud while in use, and the heat levels feel great on my scalp. All makes for a lovely experience in drying my hair! It has a nice long cord, too. I do plan on purchasing another, just to keep as a spare. I hope this particular Paul Mitchell dryer is never discontinued! Reasonably priced compared to others out there that are more expensive and not worth the money. This is a nice investment that will last a decent amount of years.

I’ve had this dryer for a year and 2 months and it already died! The attachments constantly swiveled when they weren’t supposed to and left my guest hair frizzy. Also if you’re a stylist, this blow dryer is very heavy to use all day!

I used to be a person that would never blow dry my hair. I bought one of these and I now blow dry my hair everytime I wash it.

While I would give it 6 stars for the way it dry my hair quickly without it looking fried, I had to knock it down to three for the design. The buttons to adjust heat and airflow are on the side where your hand holds it. I am constantly (accidentally) adjusting those settings while drying my hair.

My wife loves this hair dryer. She says it's the best one she's ever used.

It blows very low. I have thick hair and it took too long to dry. I like the grey ion dryer better. Also when blow drying your own hair you push buttons. The buttons need to be to be relocated.

Sometimes I like wearing my hair straight and to get a full smooth look bouncy look I blowdry it piece by piece best thing I've ever done after using a flat iron that makes it look so flat on me if rather blow dry it straight with the big round brush
