PETER THOMAS ROTH Max Complexion Correction Pads - 60ct - Ulta Beauty

I was so excited when I purchased this product. I love Peter Thomas Roth’s products and since having my hysterectomy I was struggling with really bad acne on my chin. I read tons of reviews and decided to pull the trigger with this. I used the product for 4 days 1 time a day and followed up with the Peter Thomas Roth moisturizer. I avoided my eye areas with the Acne Pads every time I applied the product. This morning (day 5) I woke up and my eyes itched bad and were very weepy. I looked in the mirror and my right eye is almost swollen shut and my left eye is slightly swollen. I also had itchy bumps around my nostril that when itched were weepy as well. I am currently on my way to urgent care because of the swelling not going down after 4 hours and some Benadryl instead the swelling is increasing. I even did a patch test and had no issues until day 5!

Dont normally write reviews but this cleared my skin up so fast! If you have sensitive skin or it drys out easily i would not recommend, but if your skin is resilient def get the product

I bought these because I had a medical card from work and had to use the money, little did I know how good they were going to be. After two or three nights, I noticed my face was noticeably more clear and my skin was more even. I don't normally write reviews, but they're very very good.

I started dealing with acne in my late 20's and it has been a battle since. I have tried just about every product geared toward clearing acne, and nothing has worked. I was also blessed with sensitive skin so I was weary of ordering this based off of the strong alcohol comments. Let me just say I noticed a difference the next morning! I have been using this for about 4 months my skin has never been clearer. I do also use this with the acne clearing gel and the water drench foaming cleanser and moisturizer.

I would give these 5 stars, but the packaging is terrible. I have two containers of these that are completely dried out. Very disappointing.

I'm 45 yo with combo/oily skin. I struggle with congested pores and agong skinfo. I started using this product for the glycolic acid content. I've kept using the pads for over 1.5 years because they are great! You need to work your way to daily use but I've never had better skin! I use bronzing powder only now because I don't need to "cover" anything.

My son has problem skin and these were magic. His skin has never looked better. I am a product junky ans have tried a lot! I am so glad we found this product. I've repurchased 4 times and will continue to always have these on hand.

I've had bad luck with alcohol bads in the past, so I wasn't sure how these would turn out for me. I absolutely love them. The strong peach/alcohol smell is a little scary, but oh my gosh these are the only things that have worked in clearing up my acne. I am 25 and have suddenly been getting massive breakouts that are under the skin and super painful. Ever since starting to swipe these on my forehead, t zone, and chin every night before bed, I have cleared and kept my acne away. If I were to use them all over my face I would probably become very dry, so I'm strategic with where I use them. Seriously a miracle product for me and I tried everything from Ulta (including the most expensive products offered.) Definitely try these out.

This is just basically a skin toner that smells very powerfully of a peach Jell-O shot. It did nothing for my skin. I was really disappointed after the money I spent.

I love this! Very strong so, if you use a makeup wipe first, you can get the job done by only using half of a wipe. I cut them in half so 1 container lasts me for months. The ONLY negative for me is that it does dry my skin, however, I follow up with a good moisturizer and it works great!

I went out on a limb and purchased this hoping to clear my acne problem on my oily skin. Listen after using this for a month i have to write this review. I'm African American so a lot of products out here aren't so much catered to my skin and it's hard to find something that actually works. I love these pads, when i first started using them i did feel a slight burning feeling but it soon went away after a few seconds. After continuous daily use i didn't feel that sensation anymore because i guess my skin had gotten use to it. I used this twice a day morning/night and i did notice a difference after the first week of use, the acne that i had soon cleared up and went away and i did notice that my skin wasn't excessively oily after using this product. When i did have a pimple form i simply used this pad on it and in about 2-3 days it was dried up and gone so for me it really helped. I know everyone had different skin issues and not every product will be for everyone but at least give this a shot, my skin has cleared up soo much and I've noticed with the additional use of my day/night cream that my skin has evenly toned out. The cons to this is it's really pricy, is it worth the investment yes but if you can find it on sale or use an Ulta coupon to purchase this it'll help out as well.

This product has made me stop breaking out completely, i have hormonal acne so around my period i tend to break out and this has definitely reduced it, to the point where i stopped using my dermatologist products and im totally fine with using this. I dont use this everyday since it is a pretty strong product and its not necessary to do. I will say that this has a very strong alcohol smell that will literally consume your face.

I dont see the hype. My skin has actually WORSENED after using these which is the exact opposite of why I purchased them in the 1st place. Like my entire face is broken out!!! I have new scars and acne like crazy. How does one's skin get worse? Smfh.

Too much alcohol in these. Burned when applied and very drying. Prefer ZO Complexion renewal pads!!!

I advicd everyond to Read the ingredients before buying. Theres like three different types of alcohol in here and 3 different types of perfumes/scents. PTR charges so nuch yet he cant use better ingredients? Passs

Nothing compares to Peter Thomas Roth. Anytime I try something else my skin breaks out and I find myself coming back to PTR to clean up the mess I created. These are perfect for my high breakout areas, my Chin, Cheeks, and Nose. I use them after washing my face and sometimes just when I need a clean up

First off, I never go out of my way to write reviews on anything. However, this product is so compelling, it would be criminal NOT to. It hasn’t even been a week since I stumbled upon this product and started using it, and it has completely transformed my face. For years I have struggled with cystic acne and have gone through product after product TRYING to help my skin. I’ve used antibiotics, tretinoin, gels, toners, masks, scrubs, etc., and NOTHING has worked so fast, and so well, than this right here. I cannot wait to see the results after a months use. My skin in this first week alone is visibly/tangibly less inflamed, I’m not coming home from work with more painful acne than what I woke up with, the redness and uneven skin tones are finally beginning to fade, and I don’t feel like I’m being weighed down by all the excessive oil my face produces. My husband has made so many comments about how great my skin is starting to look. We were both a little sketched out about the price, as expensive doesn’t always mean it actually works. However, after getting the relief I so desperately needed, and the insanely fast results, I will be throwing money at PTR for this product and others I’m excited to try out for the rest of my life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product for anyone in my shoes. We all feel more insecure these days given the standards social media sets out for us, but this product is finally making beautiful skin a reality for me. Please give it a try and do not let the price tag scare you off, it’s worth every penny and your confidence. I have used PTR correction pad for about 6 years. The last one i bought is the new design. I noticed that there is so much liquid from the solution soaking the pads. I am wondering if I got a bad batch or if they're all filled with solutions. Like I have to squeeze out the pad.. plus the pad is a bit smaller. It has not worked at all in comparison to the older design/formula. My skin is so much more broke out, as if I aren't even using them at all. I the only one who has noticed this!??? I would recommend the older rounded canister packaging vs the new design.

The alcohol smell is so strong it makes my eyes water and burns my nose when I use it in my T-zone. The product itself seems good, does what it's supposed to and isn't overly harsh or drying on my skin. Not sure if I can get over the smell.
