A: Hello, yes It comes with a cord and it’s also recommended to charge for 8 hours and unplug once the battery reaches 100%. Keep the feeder away from water sources when plugged in to prevent damage.

I gave this product 4 stars cause the design and function is very nice; however, the water stream seems to get louder as the water recedes and the frequent filter changes. Overall it's worth the money knowing my cat has clean water to drink all day long.

I like the device it provides water flowing water for my two cats they have gotten used to it and seem to like it. It automatically dispenses water out the top spout when they walk up to it. They can also drink from the basin. I think the water should pour out the top a little bit longer I think right now it's for less than a minute.

I was looking for a water source for my five dogs (Scotties). They love drinking out of the garden hose when I fill up their outside bowls. This indoor automatic water fountain is perfect for them (although I should have looked for the larger one). They activate the fountain and drink right out of it! I have to add water sometimes twice a day, but I don't mind - I did that with their giant water bowl, too. I highly recommend this product. It's safe (no cords) and keeps the water filtered and clean. Five stars!

Our cat had gotten into the bad habit of jumping up on our counter and demanding to drink out of the faucet. I bought this fountain, after researching fountains, and our cat took to it immediately. It is easy to assemble, clean, and refill. Great product so far😻😻

the fountain itself is great. it makes almost no sound, and looks aesthetically pleasing. but my cat didn't like it! I almost wish I bought a cheap water fountain first to see if she liked the idea of drinking from running water before I invested in this one the return policy isn't great. they take out money from your return as a restocking fee and they make us return it to USPS, which means their return program makes us pay for a box and if you don't bring your own tape, they make you pay for that too. so I lost about $20 returning the fountain.

I believe it is assembled correctly but the only way I can get the unit to pump any water is if o press down on the spout. It is not recognizing that my cat is near it and pumping on its own..

I no longer have to worry about fresh clean water for my 2 cats. Because the water spout is motion sensitive, at first the cats were surprised by it. But after a short time, they adjusted and now drink from it with no problems! Thanks!
