Size up!! Bought the medium (supposed to fit cats with girth of up to 14”). It’s tiny. Measures approximatley 10.5 inches. Doesn’t even fit the smaller of my two cats (who weighs 9-10 pounds)

I love this leash and harness that it's the best one I've had but the rubber stopper is useless my solution to this is have back-to-back Rubber stoppers.it would help stop the first one from backing offsense

We went through several harnesses. Some, foolishly, claiming to be "escape proof". A cat will escape. Our Bud is a feral rescue. It took 18 mos of daily work before I could even touch our guy. We camp. Bud camps with us and demands a morning walk. Come With Me Kitty, perfect name BTW, is the only harness that does not restrict head movement. I recommend this harness constantly. While walking, everyone that stops us, gets a tutorial on how to train yourself to walk with a cat. The first words out of my mouth...."order Come With Me Kitty". Thank you huge for this product. It has allowed us to share our love of camping with our best friend.

I purchased a harness for my cat because he will be inside a backpack. The backpack has a ring inside that i can attach a harness to for safety. This is not too restrictive which I like. I did have to check the website as to how to put it on him. I personally wouldn't walk him outside with it, way too many dogs in my neighborhood. I feel he will be safer inside a backpack. He allowed me to put it on him with not much squirming, but lots of pets and treats. Once on him, I tossed treats in front of him and he walked to get the treats. This was the first time he had a harness on, Start slowly at first for short periods of time. I will make this a daily routine for him. I like that there isn't any velcro on it - so noisy.

My cat got out the first day we used this. Maybe it was on my part with not adjusting this well enough but it’s a good price and the quality isn’t bad.

the harnesses fit the cats who are about 6 months old. the fit is so good that even when the cats try to run, the cats have no way of escaping out from the harness. the harness that goes over top the cats head and clips underneath the shoulders is adjustable. the kitties were scared at first but with some getting used to, they have adapted to the harness.

Took awhile to get this all adjusted as my cat wouldn't stand still for it. When she finally went for her first walk she had no problems with the harness and gave me no trouble putting it on her once she knew that this meant she was going for a walk. However, running forward the harness is strong and secure, but my cat quickly found that if she turned around and pulled backwards that she'd slip right out of it. I've tried tightening the straps as much as I could without hurting her but it made no difference. If anything spooks her she immediately spins around and pulls herself free. Luckily she heads fir the door of my house and waits for me to catch up and let he in. So can't recommend this for a smart cat. Only way I seen to make it work us to add another loop to circle her fanny and/or tail so it won't pull off with a backwards pull.

My cat is used to more bulky harnesses, so her adjustment period was fairly brief. I like the bungee leash and so far, she’s dashed and pulled a few times and the harness stayed on with little readjustment - a significant feat considering she used to manage to slip out of her old vest harness regularly in similar circumstances. However, I do want to note that the rubber stopper is just as useless as everyone is saying. So if you stay aware of your cat (as one should always be anyway), you’re probably fine. However, also remember that cats have very flexible joints so almost no harness is 100% escape-proof. Man… that rubber stopper really useless.

This fit my cat perfectly and didn’t loosen at all. My cat didn’t enjoy putting it on, but once we got her outside she couldn’t complain!

Fits my 11 pound kitty really well and is easy to take on and off.

My cat is very small, but it still fits her well thanks to the adjustable straps. Very easy to put on and adjust once she is all strapped up. It does loosen up over time, so I always have to check and make sure it's tight on her so she doesn't slip out.

This harness is great! Super cute and seems way more comfortable for my kitty than any other I’ve tried. She hardly seems to notice it’s there and it’s very safe and won’t come off. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to take their kitty outside safely!

I have this harness for my adventure cat so I bought one for my brother's cat. Stetson tipped over and just lay there at first but he eventually learned to walk in this harness. Then I opened the screen door and he finally got brave enough to hop out of the boat. Now he is brave enough to walk down our dock. When he gets scared, he races back to the boat but the bungee leash keeps him from hitting the end of the leash hard because I can't always keep up with him.

Used this on the first walk and it was fine. Second time, our new Bengal escaped from this leash, and I freaked out which spooked him and made matters worse. Luckily, he decided to run back into the house after a minute of chasing him. My heart was pounding 100 beats a second! If you do not hold the leash straight up and above the cat, it will loosen just make its way down his body. I had kneeled down so I could take a photo of him. I never did this on the first day of taking him out. Never ever again...looking for a new and more secure leash system before any more walks. Really hope I can get my money back for this leash.

This is the third harness type purchased for a smaller sized Savannah. Fourth if you count the first Come With Me Kitty harness we purchased. I would have given it five stars with the first Come With Me Kitty but one of the Quick Disconnects didn't break. Giving the product the benefit of the doubt we ordered the second one. This was the first harness that the cat accepted and seemed comfortable for him (preventing your cat from choking). That was true. Now for the "...preventing your cat from escaping.", Not so true. Our cat escaped from this harness at will if I wasn't on the ball, but escape he did. I stopped taking him outside until I find a better one. Shredder is too large of an investment.

Please snap the buckles - give the harness a pull before placing it on your cat and going out!!! My harness unbuckled twice out doors before doing the above! Over time the plastic snap weakens and does not hold to a pull. I learned this the hard way! (Rubber ring also stretches out overtime)!

I love this leash. My cat despises it. When I put it on him I can imagine myself walking up to the local ice cream shop, and everyone will be enamored by my handsome cat in his striking blue leash. He will bite my leg and beg me to take it off, but I will be living my best life. Thank you pet safe.

I have bought many harnesses over the years and this is the most secure I have ever seen. Coming from someone who back in the early 80's walked my pet rabbit and cats. My 8 mo. Old maine coon was rescued at 4 mo. Old and the first thing I did was leash train him. He loves this harness and knows it means he gets to go outside. We are full time RVers so we move alot and he would get lost if let out. He can run, jump and climb trees with this on. I do however recommend a retractable lead in open safe areas for more freedom. Great product. We have bought 2 one med. One lg. As he is 13lbs now. They are a great company I trained dogs for many years and used their gentle leader head collars on the hard to control dogs.

My husband and I debated getting another cat as coyotes have become prominent in our city area. Our cats had all been indoor/outdoor, and knew they loved the outdoors. We did finally adopt a rescue cat. After about a month we decided to try this harness/leash. His response, once it was on was to plop down and not move. But when I picked him up and we went outside, eventually he couldn't resist the scents, sights, etc. and began exploring. He loves his backyard. We go out twice a day, about an hour each. I love seeing how intent he becomes, his eyes alert, ears perked up, and nose active, stimulation he doesn't get indoors. I follow him, and have chairs placed for when he sits and observes. As the sun goes down he loves hunting crickets and large roaches, but I kept him from an injured bird and large toad. He even can climb trees, (but only to a certain height). He begins crying when he knows it's time to go out. Thank you for a great product for our Poncho.
