According to related info, it takes roughly 60 days to really see the benefits. So far I have not had any negative backlash, which is good. I take this supplement in conjunction with Rhuvera (Siberia Rhubarb extract) for menopausal symptoms...hot flashes and mood swings mostly. I still have hot flashes but not as bad as I use to experience.
